The AC in the room was very loud. There was a AC/heating unit under the window and a wall controller and I wasn’t sure which one was controlling the temperature. I like the full kitchen with all the kitchen supplies. I also liked the amount of towels provided in the bathroom. They had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. They provided make up remover pads and bar hand soap which was nice. The breakfast was great! I especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches so you could take and go. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were very soft but did not have any issues with neck stiffness. Staff was great. Especially the gentleman who was working on Saturday night. Very helpful!! I was having problems with WiFi and he was very patient. Great attitude and great customer service! Excellent representative for your facility. I would come back again because of the staff. All super friendly from the housekeepers, breakfast attendant to all front desk employees! You are all doing a great job!

Staff was quick to serve, friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean.

Bathtub- mildew around the tiles, faucet would not run bathwater; would only do shower. Showerhead way too high. Tub looked like a 5-year old caulked over the existing caulk.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, & quick easy check in/out.

We had to call down & pick up wash rags & towels(there were none when we arrived), & sheets for fold out couch. More pillows would have been nice. Street access isn't the best either (you have to go down street & u turn to get to hotel when coming from the south).

The rooms are great they have a refrigerator all the plates and silverware very clean will put together

I hate the bathroom door I understand you need one but the thing is so big it always is in the way also the breakfast ended at 9:00 I thought it was a little early I thought 9:30 would be more appropriate they also started charging for dogs they never charged me in the past now they want to charge so I had to leave my dog in the hospital an extra night we came there to Texas a&m for him to get a pacemaker

Very large comfortable room (king suite), nice kitchenette with everything provided, large bathroom. The free (hot) breakfast has lots of options. Staff is very polite and friendly. Great weekend option for family of four.

Very clean , lobby smells lovely, rooms are clean and smell nice, loved that shampoo and body wash was provided ( smelled awesome too) having a kitchen was great too. The breakfast was very delicious and loved the diffent veriety.

Location in Northgate. New front staff was great. She just came over from Marriott. Good hire!

Ran out of coffee. Food attendant did not have a sense of urgency to help get it replaced.
