We did not eat breakfast there but the location was perfect

The outside was very misleading,and disappointing. It was not the same picture we seen for the hotel on the website. But when we got to our rooms they were very clean. So it made up for the outer appearance. Over all we will be using them the next time we are in College Station.

The location was good and value was good as we were just staying one night. The staff was outstanding and friendly! The property was well lit at night with no issues.

The breakfast was very limited only offered cereal waffles and yogurt. The coffee was good. The hotel is definitely older and in need of updating all over, however, they did their best to keep it clean.

The fact we were able to get the room early. The cleaning staff that was outstanding and super helpful and polite.

A bit noisy due to the adjoining door to another room. The breakfast is not ver varied, but it is understandable for this type of hotel and location.

It was upstairs. Had an elderly lady. She was a trooper n climbed the stairs, but I asked for downstairs. The remote was missing. They brought another one but could only get one channel.

I stayed here 3 nights but didn't spend a while lot of time in the room. The hotel was inexpensive and the room was fairly clean and well decorated considering how old it is. Considering the age and price of it, I don't expect the upmost perfection. That said, the room didn't seem dirty in anyway. Staff was friendly and attentive. AC ran great.

The stairs going to the second floor were a bit rickety and the breakfast stopped unusually early (9am on weekdays at least).

I didn't like that the room was Not noted as Occupied because Housekeeper( @ 830am check out is at 11am) did one knock & opened thank goodness the Chain was on the door and that we didn't have our weapons;( I'm just being real... plus my husband and stepson was still asleep

I would never have chosen this motel by the look of it from the outside. When I drove up and drove around it's parking lot, I would have rated it a 3, but I had a guaranteed reservation as there was a University football game in town that night. I was VERY leery as I was walking to the VERY poorly marked front desk lobby area. When I entered the building the employee at the desk greeted me personally and cheerfully, She answered all of my questions (including whether my car would be safe parking there) and alleviated a lot of my most serious concerns. I soon found myself on the complete back side of the rear building opening my first floor room door, which led me into a nicely attractive king bed room. While it was obvious that the property was older, the room was very clean and comfortable. The outside of the property was NOT attractive. The swimming pool had a cover over it and the area was disheveled. The signage was terrible and the parking lot was not well maintained. My checkout was efficient. The clerk was just as friendly and capable as the check-in clerk had been. I would rate: Exterior appearance and signage: 3 Interior appearance: 8 Interior cleanliness: 9 Staff: 10 Overall, it was a good stay from a functionality standpoint. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great considering proximity to TAMU campus and Buffalo Wild Wings right next door for a late night snack after the game.

Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Make your own waffles, cereal (Fruit Loops and Raisin Bran), yogurt. That was the entire selection.

The staff and hotel was great. The location was excellent from College Station. Our stay was very nice.

The stay would have been perfect if the hotel had a continental breakfast.

not many options for breakfast -- all carbs :( booking.com lists a gym, but I didn't see one -- forgot to ask hope the pool will be open when it gets warmer
