Well the hotel was really nice the staff was awesome.. My problem was we drove 8 hours to get to the hotel and the my reservations was wrong . I booked through booking.com and reserved for Friday and Saturday nights when i arrived the front desk tells me that he only see 1 night reserved and I showed my conformation email and everything. So everyt time i tried to call and speak to someone from booking.com they would give me the run around and have me on hold and then would hang up. At this point i was upset and tired and we didnt get in a room until 6:30 am after arriving at like 2:30 am...I will NEVER book through booking.com again

The facility was clean, spacious, and accommodating. It was the best location we have been in a while.

The circuit breaker was out in the room, all the lamps and clock were out. They sent someone to fix, however, they were not able to fix. Our son attends Texas A&M and we bought him a Lego to assemble. He could not build it bc it was to dark. We had him for a short while bc he is in the corps of cadets. He had to be back. It was a lost opportunity for him to do what he loves. Sad moment for us as parents.

The breakfast was awesome and the kickback was a super plus bonus that we weren’t even expecting, that was AWESOME! The staff was fantastic very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond customer service. The rate or our stay was very reasonable. I must say I’ve stayed at a few hotels and the stay at Drury was impeccable and very top notch. From here on out if Drury is an option we will definitely choose this hotel over any other.

Brand new, very nice and clean. Indoor pool area was pleasant and very well kept. Staff was very friendly and accommodating despite facing new property challenges. Location is great. Lots of restaurant and activities really close by.

Room got just a little hot at night couldn’t get it to cool down. Check-in process is still in the works. We had to wait around 30-45mins before we could get our room. However, the staff provided light snacks, drinks and let us use the pool while we waited which was really nice.

Our room and the facilities were very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly, attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great, plenty of good options. There was plenty of parking and the location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and the university. It was also nice that they had a fitness center, pool, and laundry facilities available.

We had zero complaints.

Location was great. Very Easy to get to the Texas A&M Campus. Many great restaurants so close by. We loved having a suite that had a door between the bedroom and the living area.

Would have like to have a hook on the backside of the bathroom door or least the wall behind that door that clothes could be hanged while getting dressed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Love the popcorn and free soda! And the evening meal.

The staff came in and adjusted our door in the middle of the day. No warning and we were napping. They didn’t offer to come back later they just went ahead even though the lights were off and they knew we were all asleep.

It’s a new hotel where the bathrooms are all new and clean and the beds are huge and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

It was a coincidence that there was a gaggle of children visiting for some sporting event and another bunch of young men. The levels of noise seemed unusually high and the pool maybe unusually popular.

Great value. The rooms and facilities were very nice. There is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and a tiny fitness center. A hot breakfast and evening snacks are included, including one alcoholic beverage for adults.

I found a tiny bug and a cocoon in my sheets on the first night.
