Although I did not have breakfast on either day. I liked that I was poolside/ downstairs unit, Close to the back entrance and handicap parking. The front desk was amazing, I checked in ..already with a ankle injury..She quickly found me an available room down stairs to accommodate my injury. I liked that she was super professional yet friendly. She explained everything very clearly and answered all the questions I had. I loved the deep tub..the water pressure and hot water availability for a relaxing tub soak for my injured ankle. I like how the hotel was centrally located to all things College Station , and only minutes away from Bryan.. and minutes to the hwy Texas (6) I liked & enjoyed the ambience/& Vibe of the hotel..I'd definitely stay again & recommend others to do the same.

The furnishings..you couldn't sit on the couch Part , I'm guessing the pull out bed part was very broken due to, no support for the couch part....you sat down and you sank in ..deep . No matter where you tried to sit..

We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard. We arrived at nighttime and left before sunrise, so we did not get to see it in the daylight. The overall feel of the hotel was very comfortable. The furniture is vintage but in good condition. Overflow parking literally 2 steps from the parking lot is ample. Robin at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. We would actually consider returning based on the service she provided.

The only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping missed a few things, like a black hair on the fridge and some hairs in the bathroom sink. A good cleaning of the ottoman, sofa and baseboards would be useful to make the room more inviting.

It basically meets my needs. The equipment is old, but it can meet my needs. There are simple rooms and a large refrigerator. Someone cleans the room every day. Bath towels are changed， There are also cooked eggs in the morning, which can satisfy your simple breakfast. In the evening, there are snacks and fine wines。

The cabinets should be painted and repaired. It is better to have two beds to provide more choices for guests. Since the occupancy rate is low, we should think of ways to use the simple kitchen to improve market competitiveness.

This is probably the coolest and cleanest motel I've ever stayed at. Very comfortable. Full kitchen with living area. Separate bedroom and bath. Very clean. Very quaint and extremely quiet! I never heard another visitor even upstairs once!

I didn't care for the central boiler based temperature control. I tend to run warm all the time and I could not get the air conditioning to kick on really as it was building based and it was pretty cold at night so next time we come I'll probably bring a fan from home. The temperature was OK I just like a lot of cool airflow even when heating and the ceiling fan just didn't quite cut it for me. The only windows I could get open were the 2 small ones on the back and they helped some but being able to open a larger front one facing the courtyard would have been great. I'm sure they were sealed for security reasons though which is understandable. That's my only complaint and it's not a deal breaker by far! We will definitely be back!!!

The whole ambiance was amazing. It was pet friendly, but the rooms did not smell. Like other dogs or cats had been in there. Everybody was super sweet. I am a diabetic, though, and it would have been nice to have a couple of low carb. Options. I did enjoy the hard boiled eggs.I bet it would have been nice to see something that was a little bit low carb.Other than that, everything was amazing and fantastic

Staff was amazing.Thank you Kelly for the excellent service. Rooms are very clean, and I am picky. The bed was soft and comfortable after a day on the road. I am physically disabled and a comfortable bed is a necessity for me. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and were immediately impressed with the hominess.. I saw a review that said furniture was dated, it is an antique furniture chest & cabinet. Beds appear new & so does the sofa. The person that left that review has no sense. Hotel is dog friendly, which is amazing. Let me promise you, you can not tell there has ever been a dog in the suite we stayed in. It smelled fresh and clean without evidence of any pet odors etc.There is also a guest laundry, but we didn't utilize it. Our son lives in College Station, and I can guarantee any time we are visiting, this is where we will stay from now on.

There is no elevator, but the steps to the 2nd floor a comfortable tread height that is easily climbed. Pet relief area could use a little more outdoor lighting for late evening and night trips outside for the dogs.

Love this place and the staff. The office is snap but they always have refreshments. Staff is nice!! Beds are amazing!!! Showers are hot and get great pressure! Stay on the first floor during the hot humid summers!

On the main entrance the brass handle needs to be covered during the summer. The handle gets too hot to grasp! Shower on first floor looked like mild could be coming soon. At least the ceiling did. I don’t like that you can’t control the temperature within the room. You only have the option of off low or medium. The facility sets the temperature!

The outside of the hotel is not spectacular, but the courtyard is beautiful. Especially for the price. The rooms have a real kitchen, living room and bathroom. More like a little apartment, that has a beautiful courtyard with a functioning swimming pool. I liked this place, but I stay in a lot of hotels and am in search for value over luxury. This place is nice and a great value.

The room smelled like cleaning agent. Many house keepers use too much soap and not enough water. This is minor. I just turned on the ceiling fans, AC and opened the door for a few minutes. All was good. The walkway upstairs could be swept more often, but now I am nit-picking and this could be said at every hotel.

Availability of full kitchen is very nice. Comfortable bed. Quiet location and reasonably close to dining and some shopping options. Friendly and helpful staff.

More limited TV channel selection than any other hotel in which I've stayed. It was difficult to stand up from the sofa (it's an older sofa bed), and the only other seating option was a hard wood chair & the highboy dining chairs which weren't particularly comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable ( no bed bugs). The room was big enough for my husband and I. There was a full-size refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a gas cook top with 2 burners, a regular size sink, with a bar to sit at. There were glasses, plates, silverware, a small skillet, and 2 pots. The couch was okay with an ottoman that had an extra blanket and pillow inside. The bathroom was a decent size with a regular size tub/shower combo. The sink was in the bathroom but off from it. The lights around the mirror need to be a little brighter, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The receptionist was super sweet. The breakfast was very continental. There was a waffle maker, apples, mandarins, granola bars, fruit and grain bars, boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, and yogurt. There were 3 juices and cucumber water. The coffee was very weak. There were tea options also. The courtyard was very cute, and I liked the fact that you have to have a code to get in from the back. Overall, the price for the stay was great. It was very cute with a rustic feel.
