Great room layout with plenty of space for us. Excellent customer service - very caring and professional staff.

Not a single complaint - oh. just one. There was not a sign for the Comfort Suites out front so it was a bit easy to pass.

I stay at the same hotel every time I come to visit. The staff is always hospitable, and kind. The location is convenient, and easy to get to. The hotel is always clean. Thnk you so much.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that the elevators weren’t working, but my room was on the 2nd floor right next to the stairs, and the exit door. So, even without the elevator working, I was able to come and go easily.

I love the beds. They are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are always so clean.

The elevators haven’t worked the last two times I visited. They accommodate me by giving me a room near the stairs on the 2nd floor. Had my room been on a floor above that, I would’ve insisted on a room on the 1rst, or 2nd floor. I hope they get the elevators repaired soon.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Hotel manager was always present and made certain that staff was well-trained and displayed a cheerful attitude. Service here was excellent. By far the best hotel experience of the three we stayed at throughout central Texas, and surprisingly, the lowest cost. Housekeeping even replaced the towels each day, which was nice since this kind of service disappeared since Covid for no reason.

Breakfast could have been better but was above the norm that we have experienced in these hotels. No other issues at all.

Staff and manager were very responsive to concern in our room. It was rectified quickly and to our satisfaction.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice. I spoke as I was walking in and she never spoke to me. When I handed her my I’d she acted like my hand was going to infect her I continued to smile and act like it didn’t bother me

Had a bathtub and a refrigerator WITH a freezer compartment! We have to travel with a few freezer packs for medication. So, we could keep the packs frozen for the trip forward. Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good!

The freezer had not been defrosted in some time. There was even someone else’s freezer pack that got left that was frozen solid & unremovable in the freezer. Hence, less space available for us to put ours in. 😩 At our check-out, we turned it off, left door open, placed pans for drip, & reported to staff. 😇 We we recommend that housekeeping should be checking & maintaining the freezers regularly. ❤️

The staff were very friendly and complied with all requests. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was reasonable.

there was one cockroach in the room. The bed linen could be replaced with a new one, it is quite worn
