surprisingly clean, unlike most INNS, there was a few bugs on floor and bed. :( but overall pleased with how "clean" and was able to change from a smoking room to non-smoking pretty easily. FRONT DESK was very helpful both check in and checking out.

There was a few bugs on the floor and bedsheets/pillow case..... but overall generally pleasing esp. for the price. Towels were stocked GOOD though. wasn't all bad. I usually spray our room with a essential oils spray so it wasn't a deal breaker.

I liked how spacious the room was, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is older but still clean and semi updated. The huge mirror and counter in the bathroom was definitely a plus since I was with 2 other girls. I really liked how the toilet and shower were separate from the sink and counter. It made getting ready a lot easier. The front desk associates were very sweet, the lobby was very clean and inviting!

There are only stairs, no elevator, so carrying the viewing bags up the stairs was rough, but that was probably an oversight on my part. The pool, unfortunately, wasn't open. There are quite a lot of crickets here!

Room was very clean and comfortable, with small fridge and microwave. Located close to A&M and Event Center where our boys were playing basketball. Manager was very kind and helpful, seemed truly invested in our experience at their location. Looking to see about staying again when we are in town next month.

Mr. Patel, the manager, was exceptionally accommodating and flexible. He greeted us when we were sitting by the pool asking if our room was as expected. He was walking the property directing staff as needed. Very active management!!

Pool was slightly cloudy when we arrived however Mr. Patel was on the phone with pool service and pool was serviced within the hour.

I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but just in case—I’m usually a Marriott person. However, when I couldn’t find one nearby, I went with the highest-rated option: Red Roof. Honestly, it’s different, but we absolutely loved it for what it is. It had everything we needed, and now I wish I’d discovered it sooner.

location, good value, personable personnel, very comfortable sofa in lobby and nice to see the security screens displayed (made me feel secure) plus plenty of fresh brewed coffee.

our toilet was “wobbly” and you had to hold the seat up (it wouldn’t stay up on it’s on) my husband didn’t like that. Saturday morning when we were loading up to check out, there was a baby roach under our cell phone (phone was docked & being charged) when I disengaged the charger another baby roach under the charger. I used the electrical plug on the lamp base near the coffee maker.

The rooms are definitely a good size and worth the price.

This time around, I happened to see a few roaches so that was disappointing. Usually the rooms are clean and I hadn't seen no roaches or bugs till now. Also our toilet was clogged so we had to get a 🪠 from the office to unclog it.

The beds were very very clean and comfortable we liked all the renovations and updated features, everything was very convenient, excellent pillows, love the tile floor and superb shower great water pressure! We had a lovely room directly overlooking the pool it was wonderful! all of the grounds work and landscaping was excellent and well manicured. We didn’t need to do laundry but washers and dryers available if needed! For economy lodging, this was terrific & for the price you can’t beat it. Great for families with pets!

The property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that booking.com tricked us into getting a smoking room. The hotel helped us out of that room but they only had a one bedroom.

My sister and I were quite pleased with the accommodations and the gift bag, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the beds.

The prices for not only this hotel but all hotels during football season game day. It is price gouging.
