THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. HE EVEN GUIDED AS TO WHERE THEY HAD CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA. THANK YOU SIR, FOR BEEN SO HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. I LOVED THE HUGE TV SCREENS.

THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS WITH TWO KING BEDS. HOWEVER, UNDER THE SINK THERE WAS A TOOTHBRUSH LEFT ON THE FLOOR, USED CLEANING GLOVES LEFT ON THE FLOOR, AND TRASH/SOCKS UNDER ONE OF THE BEDS. THE FLOOR MATT/CARPET IN FRONT OF THE BEDS HAD DIRT AND CHIPS AS IF THEY CLEANED ONLY AROUND IT.

Breakfast is basic- oatmeal, but the variety of toppings made it pretty fun! Staff could do a better job of engaging with guests at breakfast time and letting them know exactly what is included with breakfast. We didn't know we could grab a free water bottle. Coffee was available. We loved the free drink token - the house margarita was really good! We enjoyed the ping pong table and pickleball! Love the outdoor space with cornhole games and lots of seating and shade. Room was very spacious for our family of four. The king size beds are great and comfortable (firm mattress.) Big screen TV, cute decor, mini fridge had a separate freezer - great for our ice packs! Having two doors was very convenient - one to the parking area and one directly to the courtyard with activities and access to the lobby,

The pool was cloudy so we didn't get in. Right next to the highway, so there was a lot of road noise. There was a white noise box in our room, but it didn't have a cable.

The location was great - close to good restaurants. Super cute - thought of everything from the pool to the pickleball court to the bar to the live music.

Staff was less than helpful, overall. Guy that checked us in was great. Morning girl- was not. We wanted breakfast, but she was too “busy” to serve it. Out of coffee, out of creamer. Second morning we just skipped it and went out for breakfast. Door code on one door stopped working after the first day, texted the helpline like instructed, they replied that they would send someone right over- no one showed up, ever.

I loved the themed rooms and areas of the property. The staff was extremely welcoming and took out the time to explain the history of the motel. They also shared their vision of restoring old historical motels with an artsy theme. The rooms were decorated and themed differently. They were clean and updated. Everything in their has a purpose of welcoming us to participate and celebrate with them. The entire back patio and pool area were filled with activities for adults and children alike.

The weather did not allow for full appreciation of pool area. A hot tub would have been awesome but not necessary.

What a cute place to stay! Way nicer and cleaner than 99% of the name brand outfits around the area!!! And the staff... the guys we met were fantastic... I just wish I had written their names down, I thought I'd remember but exhaustion from moving our daughter has kicked in. We will be back many times in the coming 4 years and I'm sure names will be remembered!!!

Nothing you can do about it... , but the bathroom sure is small and the front doors to the rooms are heavy and bullying.

Nice staff. Loved the art deco vibe. Loved the grounds and decor all around the outside for fun and games Comfy places to hang out. Great bar for drinks and oatmeal bar was awesome. Comfy room- the decor made me happy. Great bed!! Liked the local art and the inspiring art murals. Nice showers. Clean and comfy.

The cool high chairs in the dining room were hard for short people like me to get on and off of. I could hear the people in the next adjoining room talking.

I wish I could give more stars! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. Convenient location, amazing staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and so many activities. There is even a garden. Hotel McCoy is a gem! We expected just a room to stay in on our way to our destination. Now we plan to come back... with Hotel McCoy as our destination. We can't wait to spend more time exploring all they have to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

This property is family friendly. The staff was so sweet and attentive. The facilities are amazing and my son had so much fun. Such an awesome place for the value. There was live music Saturday night which was the perfect touch. They really went out of their way add small details to this property that just made it so special.

Great space. Pickleball, ping-pong, swimming pool,  they had live music on a Saturday night and outdoor seating areas. Room was clean and spacious. Had a front door and back door for easy access to the recreation area. Very nicely decorated.

In our group, some people got offered a free drink upon checkin, some people didn’t. Apparently they have nice hotel McCoy poker chip that they would give me to redeem a free drink, but they were worried I would steal it so I didn’t get one… I went to breakfast at 8 AM and arrived to an empty coffee dispenser, which was immediately refilled for me upon request. I then discovered that there was curdled coffee creamer in all 4 of the dispensers. I took them all to the bar where the clerk accepted them and began to wash the dispensers without saying a word to me, without removing his AirPods, and without offering me any cream for my coffee.

We have stayed at the McCoy in Tucson and loved it! McCoy College Station was equally as quaint. Great value, staff was really friendly. I love the breakfast bar of oatmeal and good coffee. Rooms are clean. Beds were very comfy. Hopefully next time we get to make use of the pool/outdoor area which looked very nice.

McCoy College Station was equally as quaint however, they were some small things like already missing bathroom hooks and the sunflower seeds at the oatmeal bar smelled rancid already. I'm being super picky but I know it has a great potential and I hope it lives up to it for years to come!
