THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. HE EVEN GUIDED AS TO WHERE THEY HAD CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA. THANK YOU SIR, FOR BEEN SO HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. I LOVED THE HUGE TV SCREENS.

THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS WITH TWO KING BEDS. HOWEVER, UNDER THE SINK THERE WAS A TOOTHBRUSH LEFT ON THE FLOOR, USED CLEANING GLOVES LEFT ON THE FLOOR, AND TRASH/SOCKS UNDER ONE OF THE BEDS. THE FLOOR MATT/CARPET IN FRONT OF THE BEDS HAD DIRT AND CHIPS AS IF THEY CLEANED ONLY AROUND IT.

I loved the themed rooms and areas of the property. The staff was extremely welcoming and took out the time to explain the history of the motel. They also shared their vision of restoring old historical motels with an artsy theme. The rooms were decorated and themed differently. They were clean and updated. Everything in their has a purpose of welcoming us to participate and celebrate with them. The entire back patio and pool area were filled with activities for adults and children alike.

The weather did not allow for full appreciation of pool area. A hot tub would have been awesome but not necessary.

Great space. Pickleball, ping-pong, swimming pool,  they had live music on a Saturday night and outdoor seating areas. Room was clean and spacious. Had a front door and back door for easy access to the recreation area. Very nicely decorated.

In our group, some people got offered a free drink upon checkin, some people didn’t. Apparently they have nice hotel McCoy poker chip that they would give me to redeem a free drink, but they were worried I would steal it so I didn’t get one… I went to breakfast at 8 AM and arrived to an empty coffee dispenser, which was immediately refilled for me upon request. I then discovered that there was curdled coffee creamer in all 4 of the dispensers. I took them all to the bar where the clerk accepted them and began to wash the dispensers without saying a word to me, without removing his AirPods, and without offering me any cream for my coffee.

We have stayed at the McCoy in Tucson and loved it! McCoy College Station was equally as quaint. Great value, staff was really friendly. I love the breakfast bar of oatmeal and good coffee. Rooms are clean. Beds were very comfy. Hopefully next time we get to make use of the pool/outdoor area which looked very nice.

We have stayed at the McCoy in Tucson and loved it! McCoy College Station was equally as quaint however, they were some small things like already missing bathroom hooks and the sunflower seeds at the oatmeal bar smelled rancid already. I'm being super picky but I know it has a great potential and I hope it lives up to it for years to come!

The rooms were very nice, good beds, great TV and bathrooms nice sized. The pavilion area around the pool was very nice and they had live music both Friday and Saturday nights. The pool was good too. We enjoyed all the flashbacks to the 70s vibe. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was minimal especially if you didn't like oatmeal. They had yogurt and pop tarts and cereal too. No juice except apple in juice boxes. The road noise was a bit loud at times since the motel is right on the frontage road.

We loved the location which was close to family. On top of that -- we were so pleasantly surprised by the decor. It was whimsical but tasteful, and added a touch of fun to our room. Loved that the room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge! Will definitely stay here again :)

We did spot a long hair in the shower that weren't ours but everything else was impeccably clean. Thank you!

I can’t say the great things about this hotel. It was fun. It was decorated artsy. They had a little game room with with retro arcade gains and it was all free no quarters or anything. The front desk staff was really helpful. The breakfast was like this oatmeal with the buffet of things you could put on it yogurt and it was just really really nice.

I can’t think of a single thing that could’ve made it any better well maybe if I had more days to spend there!

This property is really cute. All of the amenities they provide are perfect for families. The grounds are beautiful and the open space for kids and pets made it feel like we were in our own world. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. There is a bar, arcade and snack shop that we made use of indoors in addition to all the amazing outdoor space. Our room was clean and decorated in quirky and fun decor. My kiddo loved the chalkboard wall where she was able to draw and make a little art as well as the light bright and rubix cube. I think we used every availible outdoor amenity except the pool because the outdoor temp was a little chilly during our stay. Overall great experience, would stay here again.

The hotel is located near the main highway. While that is great for travel and it was close to everthing we needed to get to and near plenty of places to eat/shop, the noise from the highway made it difficult for me to fall asleep. My family members took advantage of the provided in room white noise machine and they slept fine, however, my side of the bed was closest to the highway and the noise from the cars could still be heard throughout the night. While it wouldn't deter me from staying here again, I would bring ear plugs to be better prepared.

Thoughtful amenities, art everywhere, outdoor activities in the courtyard- ping pong fooseball pickleball Cornhole connect 4, a swing, a musical playground, human sized chess etc. Indoor activities like the arcade, the sphere chairs and horse chairs in the lobby- we had fun exploring and trying it all. So much fun!

I was a little concerned about safety with room doors to the outside.

Everything about hotel Mccoy was great.... the hotel looks just like the photos. I would recommend staying here for any kind of trip to College Station. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice, the rooms and property are clean. Didn't have to worry about our vehicle as The outside is well lit and didn't have people hanging around in the parking lot. It's just an overall great place to stay. Family of 4 with 2 kids enjoyed it.
