Location was perfect - close to the relatives we were visiting and also close to grocery store, gas, restaurants and pharmacies. The staff was incredibly friendly - special shout-out to the breakfast attendant/manager. Room was clean and in great condition. Was happy to see basic toiletries in the bathroom and extra availability of sundries in the reception area.

The beds were on the soft side for us - we tend to go for super firm though. Another tiny thing: I would have like to be able to access the breakfast room after hours, just to fill up with filtered water, and also my son's take-out did not come with ketchup and we couldn't get to the little packets we knew were in the room.

Clean and cold room. Best shower from water pressure to the height of the shower head. Staff was nice and the sundry was always stocked.

Didn't like the pillows on the bed. Too small and too soft. They were compressed down to the size and shape of a couch pillow and even then there was very little head support. Only flaw in the whole stay.

I rely heavily on reviews when deciding where to stay so I hope this helps others. This hotel is extremely clean, everyone we met was very friendly and the breakfast spread looked and smelled amazing! We had plans to eat somewhere else so I just looked and smelled. Parking was well lit and there were plenty of spaces. It’s about 10 mins from Santa’s Wonderland. Too cold to check out the pool. Bathroom was clean!! Bed was so comfy. I don’t usually sleep good in hotels but I slept great here. Water got very hot! Shower had plenty of water pressure. Hope that helps! When we go back, we will stay here for sure.

What a great find! Excellent location out of the way from the commotion of Aggieland (so you can sleep!) but very convenient to get anywhere you’ll need to go in CSTAT. The staff was wonderful… I interacted with at least 4 different individuals, each one helpful and courteous and made our trip that much better. The room was very clean and a great size. Highly recommend!

Easy access to unload and to the elevators. nice lighted parking lot. Continental breakfast included is always very helpful as when I’m with a group of family, everyone is getting ready at different speeds. so they can enjoy while others may not be quite ready. you don’t charge extra, which I really like. places that do a flat $10 rate is wrong. Most of my group never eat equivalent to that. some just want coffee, others a small meal etc.

I like to be able to have coffee available in the lobby with various creamers at night and early evening.

Extra clean and very comfortable hotel. Also, very helpful and friendly staff. (Heather, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating) Breakfast is great! They leave the food pass the closing time, so you can enjoy it with out feeling rushed. Great family hotel, if you come to visit your son/daughter in Aggie land!! 👍🏻

Great breakfast offerings, clean and well stocked breakfast area. The kitchen staff was available and responsive to questions.
