I ended up here after another hotel didn't work out. The lady at the front was so nice and accommodating. The workers the next day were the same way. I was 45 min out of town when my daughter said she left 1 airpod in the bed. I told her I would call, but I was sure it went to the laundry with sheets, and she wouldn't get it back. I called, and they had it!! She said she would hold it for me. I picked it up today, 4 days after we left it there! That's excellent service and honest employees. Thank you!!

The room was very clean and good shape. The bed was very comfortable in the pillows the same.

The wall plugs were controlled by light switches at the door to turn on the lights. Well, I could turn the light switches off beside the bed. The light behind the TV on the wall stayed on or would go off because it was on a motion detector so every time I rolled over the lights would come on and if I turn the switches off to turn the lights off permanently, it turned off the plugs beside the bed which affected my breathing machine and alarm clock charging

Breakfast was tasty and room was clean with exception of one stain on the shower wall.

The TV HD quality was poor, there was also no internet access on the TVs so there were no streaming services such as Netflix which is not common for upscale hotels in 2025. There was also a large brown stain on the shower wall to the left of the shower head in room 306 which I did not like. Besides that the room was quite clean. However at one point the lights would not work nor the outlets by the bed but after a few minutes they did. It also reflected in our Apple Watch and phones battery life because they were not fully charged despite being plugged in all night.

The room was spacious and very clean. The style of the room was up to date and modern. I especially enjoyed the wood slat partition separating the bed from the door. Nice touch of privacy!Having a small counter on one wall by the coffee machine was very helpful, as was the table and chairs for eating. We had a very comfortable stay!

There could have been a bigger countertop by the coffee maker. It was kind of tight. I'd suggest a wider countertop so that food could be placed alongside. Also, I would have appreciated a small sink in this area.

Nice place . Employees so so. Not very friendly.

We went to breakfast at 6:45 am and the "hot " breakfast was cold, mind you we were told that breakfast starts at 6:30am. The "hot" breakfast looked like it had been thrown into the heating container and looked very messy. We couldn't enjoy our breakfast there so we left to eat elsewhere. We will not stay there again.

Everything was better than expected for the price.

There was never a mention about the 50 dollar deposit at check-in through booking.com. I completely understand that you might need a deposit with your regular reservations in-house. With booking.com you are in a specific contract and these types of additional fees or deposits need to be addressed at the time of booking not an add on at check-in.

The staff is always great and helpful

There's never any trash bags in the trash cans the big one in the hall had a new one draped over the side like the people staying there needed to put it in so I'm guessing room service doesn't like doing trash bags. I noticed the arm of my desk chair was loose and when I came back to my room there was the bolt laying on the TV stand the arm of the chair hanging off I figure shouldn't they report that to be fixed instead of leaving it for me to fix so I'm also guessing thinking room keeping doesn't wanna take care of that either. Everything else is great and I appreciate their kindness and help.

Nice and friendly staff, big clean room, cozy and comfy, white and fresh bed linen, extra pillows and blanket, everything was great, breakfast included, thank you.

If it's possible, please change the brand of coffee. I'm sorry, but we didn't like the taste. Just trying to be honest, sorry.

My stay was amazing Jamie and the young lady who was at the desk before her made sure my stay was a success! The hotel is very clean and safe space! I love that the doors lock at 10 for safety made me feel secure about staying there. I didn’t get to catch breakfast but hopefully next time! Thank you all again for a great experience💕

Breakfast was good, no complaints. Came down to breakfast a little late and the desk clerk was wonderful. She allowed us a little extra time to eat. Staff was great.

The heat kept cutting off to cooler air we had a problem sleeping going from warm to cold. We requested extra blankets and there was a stain on mine.
