The hotel was okay overall. The staff were very responsive to our complaints and made efforts to fix issues promptly, which we appreciated. On the positive side, it was quiet and comfortable, making for a decent stay.

Pool was not opened throughout our stay even though we booked the hotel because we wanted to be able to use the pool, so was disappointed with that. The food was quite plain with little variety. Could do with fruits, bacon, oat etc

Clean, cool, and convenient to the St Joseph hospital. Easy to get to. Nice young college student at the front desk that was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband, who is 78 yrs old, tripped and fell over the flange where the Handicap sign pole used to be. When he fell, he hurt his head, elbow, & shoulder and knee, which were both previously replaced. It could have been much worse. This needs to be fixed because it is very hazardous being on the sidewalk!!! Maintenance of public-used property is ultra important. Also, the toilet in the room was way too low. We could barely get up! Maybe a handrails would help.

The location was great , close to all the family obligations I needed to go. The bed and pillows was very comfy. I can see why it was busy with other guests which was fine , glad to see the teams traveling to their games. Very close to the feeder road so getting on highway was not a problem. I will book again when I'm back in town.

The only downside is the upkeep on the property. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. the tv stand had visible chunks of wood(pressed partical board) on it. While I was waiting in the lobby ( which is a important area because that is the first thing guests see) the chairs where dirty and the pillows were sadly very old and has had seen better days. Those little things are obvious to guests about maintenance of the property. I would hope that managers talk to their day to days operations person and go to home goods and get some new pillows and steam clean the chairs in the lobby. That was my only complaint otherwise the stay was great.

The Property was very clean!!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property!! I was satisfied!! The continental breakfast was ok.. The eggs and sausage in the steamer could have been warmer, and the orange juice machine was out for repair!! Also there could have been more fruit out, and either bottle waters, or Pitcher Water, but it was ok, just wasn’t superb!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom door looked like someone had punched it previously, but an overall a great stay. Definitely recommend, it's minutes away from all your shopping and eating needs!

Breakfast was good - variety of options for eating and drinks. Noticed the attendant was timely in filling up things as well as cleaning tables as others finished and left.

We were only there 1 night. Check-in was fast, room was clean, ice maker worked on our floor and breakfast was ample.

The room showed signs of age—bathtub was older and there was some funky wall texture in a corner that looked sloppily done. I paid over $150 for the room and I thought that price was ridiculous for what we got.

I travel a lot for business and family reasons so when I'm in Bryan TX this will be my home away from home! Great staff comfortable beds and pillows. AC works correctly. What more can you ask for?

I always choose a hotel with continental breakfast. It saves me time and money. However, breakfast didn't begin until 7:00. Negative for us since we needed to be somewhere by 7:00. Probably not an issue for most people, but really inconvenient for us.

Everyone was friendly . Receptionist were helpful and joyful . Breakfast was amazing. Specially the housekeepers were amazing.
