Conveniently located for our purposes. Very clean. Front Desk Staff very friendly and welcoming. My king room very comfortable. Bed was on the firm side. That worked fine for me for two nights but I really prefer semi-firm so a third night would have been less comfortable for me personally. Nice large flat screen TV. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower and had Waterpik-style shower head with good water pressure. Great hot water once it warmed up, which took only 1-2 minutes. Small fridge worked great. The outdoor pool was nice. Lots of kids having a great time on summer vacation, so my friend and I didn’t stay out there very long.

Only real complaint is sink faucet water pressure could have been stronger. I would prefer brighter bedside lamps for reading. 100-150 watts. Repair needed: The wall A/C controls in my room 208 didn’t work. Not even the on/off button. It did cycle off and back on though. The room was perfect temperature and fan speed for me so I didn’t care — I like a cold room for sleeping. The hotel needs to repair or replace for guests who need to change the temperature and fan speed.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing exceptional. Lots of travelers with children fueling up for the day. Breakfast is self serve. There were ample quantities of the items offered and hot food was hot. Coffee was OK. Nice folks working in the food and beverage area. Good TV for watching football pre-game show. Really liked my spacious room which overlooked the front entrance and parking lot. The room was surprisingly large. Easily fit 2 queen sized beds with lots of open space in case you wanted to do yoga, exercises, or have company. Definitely a suite. Ice machine conveniently located across the hallway. Plenty of carts for luggage load in / load out. Front Desk clerks in evening and morning most professional and friendly. Disabled parking in front of hotel near covered entrance.

The breakfast was excellent. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Need better access from University Drive. You have to take Harvey Rd. and then get on the access road to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient especially when the entrance can get blocked if the traffic is heavy at the University Drive traffic light.

I was located on the de one floor and the ice machine didn’t have ice for the two days I was there had to go to the 3rd floor which was a inconvenience if we needed ice after being in the room but overall the stay was good and I would use in the future

Good priced hotel with friendly staff. Lots of parking and easily accessible from main road. Pretty convenient to Texas A&M campus. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good sized. Breakfast was good and included in price.

Not much lighting in room and one lamp didn't work.

Great location

The front desk. Had a question at check out and waited for attendant for 20 minutes and no one showed. We had to leave. Came back later and try again and still no one available. Gentlemen in front of me said he had been there for 20 minutes. Finally got someone out of a office and told them what was going on. I gave up because they couldn’t help. We had a 4 hour drive so we left. That’s why the low review on staff. Everyone else was great.

I was traveling with my mom. I had a handicap room, and it was excellent. We were not expecting the room to be so big. It was a pleasant surprise and comfortable.

We were very pleased with our room. There is nothing to report as for unliking the hotel.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The room was very spacious and had a very cold a/c which was excellent for this Texas heat. The staff was very friendly from the check in to the checkout. Would definitely recommend staying here because the location was very convenient to everything you needed

I want to particularly mention the 2 women staff members who were at the front desk. We arrived early, for check in and were very tired and hot. Our rooms were not ready, but Janie(?) said we could wait in the lobby, which was a very pleasant area in which to stay! She was in general very helpful while we waited. In addition during our stay, another employee (or maybe manager) was always very helpful with a few things ; even though she had worked 2 16 hour shifts while were there. She was as pleasant to guests in the a.m as she was the night before when we saw her! Unfortunately I do not know her name.

The breakfast was horrible. Coffee was ice cold, and tasted like water, no coffee flavor. Asked for a certain cereal to be refilled and it never was… waited 30 mins before eggs were refilled.
