We never did get to try the breakfast, but everything else was fine. The staff were excellent, especially the cleaning staff. The hotel did everything it was supposed to do, but it felt a bit steril. I did like the location as far as close by restaurants, but I would have preferred being closer to campus. Of course, the pricing was better for the location, it was not a bad drive and I felt that the hotel was a good value. The room itself was also very spacious and nice.

Clean accommodations, quiet atmosphere, friendly, courteous staff.

We placed a DND sign, but the cleaning person still entered our room. When we returned from our event our keys didn’t work. However, the cards were rekeyed and all was fine. Although we were not expecting anyone to have entered our room, it was better to have a clean room when we were not expecting it vs walking into a dirty room when expecting a clean one. Hope, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

King suite was like a little apartment with all the comforts of home. Liked the fact it had a bar. Liked the free coffee all day and breakfast.

Wish the breakfast was open at 6:30 instead of 7:00. We had to skip breakfast Sunday because we had to be at the volleyball court at 7:15. At least some grab and go options at 6:30 would be awesome.

I absolutely loved the customer service that I received Ms. C. Smith!! She helped me from start to finish. I expected to stay one night and when I found out I had to stay another night, I was able to get my same room and the level I requested! She is hands down the absolute best! Thank you Ms. Smith!!!

Stayed here due to hurricane shutting down power in Houston. They were able to accomdate us on a short time frame. Rooms were big, comfortable and nice.

The free breakfast was cold and not very good. I wish hotels took a bit more time and care on this to make it worth the while.

Very clean. The staff was awesome. The breakfast delicious. Had cold draft beer for purchase. Pets were welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. I will be coming back due to only having 3 hours touring the Bush Library. The Library was one of the best presidential libraries I have ever visited.

The shower door leaked water onto floor, it wasn't properly sealed? Learned that this hotel was renovated and that could be fixed?

Small bathrooms and no separate seating like shown in pictures. I got a small suite and it was ok for a short visit.

Mediocre

Our room was “musty”. Can’t say whether it was mildew or something in the carpet but even with humid weather the air conditioning should keep the air dryer. Desk clerk could not sense or smell anything but suffice it to say we are on an 11 day road trip staying in 6 hotels; 3 of them are Hyatts. This was the only one that had a “mold” scent.

the room i stayed in smelled like sewage/dirty clogged pipe even when i first checked in. though i eventually got used to the smell, i could smell it whenever i walked in. 407

Excellent place to stay. Clean, very confortable, next to highway, store and restaurants. Good breakfast!
