Little bit noisy from one room to the other or from the hallway. Mini split is noisy.

Himidity smell in room. Some drain smell at the bathroom. Dot have ramps at the stairs from street entrance and parking lot.

We had such a bad experience with a waitress called Mercedes, she was so rude to us! Pretty unacceptable behavior that must never happen again! Elevator is not working by now… need to climb the stairs (many!) to reach the room.

Google maps gave the wrong location! But the front desk staff were helpful in us finding the place. I liked the manager, who came out and made sure everything was going smoothly. The front desk girl was very helpful and friendly. I liked the quietness of the hotel; no construction or banging going on. The shower had adequate pressure and had hot water which was delightful. The bathroom had been re-done very tastefully. The hotel is a blast from the past in terms of decor and installations. I felt like I was back in my childhood in the 70's. The carpeting, the elevator, the dining room especially were really vintage. The elevator was a little sketchy in that it was very old looking and slow, but it got us to our floor every time, no problem. They had lots of good salsas at the breakfast.

The "free" breakfast was deceiving; literally eggs and coffee...you had to pay extra to get the buffet. I have to give credit to the girl at the front desk, because she explained this to me beforehand, so that was helpful. The part of town it is located in is not nice, but I did not feel unsafe.

The bed was comfortable. Secure parking. Restaurant was no bad.

It says "pet friendly" yet when we asked where to go to let the dogs "go" they said, "your room or the lobby" NOT GOOD

The elevator is not working. musty and greasy smell, Dirty sheets in the hall, partial clean in the room.

The hotel is very well located.

It has been the first time, the hotel didn´t give us our room. when we had a confirmed reservation. with pin number, code number... so it was THE HOTEL, the ones that canceled our reservation and didn´t give us a room, saying our reservation by booking. wasn´t enough for them to save our room. very very bad experience at this hotel. No manager, nobody wanted to be responsable for the situation.
