Great stay at Hotel San Ramon. Room was good size and clean and location was perfect. Eddie who is in charge of the hotel was amazing and was very accommodating. Will definitely come back and stay here

The room decor was beautiful and cozy, very spacious .rThankful for the multiple electrical plug by bed. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The location was great to get to everything by foot. Would stay again and recommend to others .

The door needs a lock from inside since they left the key in the door before we got there just makes you feel uneasy. Never saw a staff person, but they were super helpful on the phone . They should also note so people with disabilities are aware that you have to climb steep steps to get to the room.

Eddie arrived immediately to let us up to our room early, as well as getting our luggage out of car and carrying up to the room. Very helpful with all questions and recommendations around town. Have not had this type of customer service in a very long time.

It would of been an added bonus to have had a local news letter provide to give us an idea of places and things to do during our stay. Although, we were provided with list of different options for places to eat which was very helpful.

The location was ideal! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was lovely and super accommodating. We were traveling with a four year old and she was very comfortable. All of the quaint decor was a hit with her and specifically. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable beds, good location. Staff Eddie was friendly and welcoming.

Room was too hot at night and the cooler was difficult to use. At one point the heater came on and I was able to turn it off but I couldn't make the room get cooler. There was a remote for the system but I couldn't get the cooler to stay on with the remote or the unit itself.

Great location in historic Bisbee- the room was nice with big windows and a view to the street. The bathroom was larger than expected with a full-size shower. The staff texted check-in instructions prior to arrival

Location at historic Bisbee. Eddie was extremely nice and accommodating. Walking distance to museums, shops and restaurants. Room was beautiful and lots of room.

We stayed on a Friday night and hotel is on same side of some bars. It was loud with vehicles and people drinking, staggering most the night. I’m a light sleeper so the noise may not bother most people.

Front desk was rushing the check in, assumed I had a text sent with check in code which I didn’t. Double beds were very small to sleep in as a couple. Milk in fridge for coffee was moldy.

I love the location in this little old west town! The rooms up stairs and the little sitting area was adorable. It’s close to several restaurants and the old mine which we were doing a tour with! It was pouring rain most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to see much of the town.

There were a lot of stairs and the whole town was uphill….it is not a good place for people with low mobility. I also would not like to try and drive this area when it snows. A difficult town to maneuver in a large vehicle we were driving a big 350 Ford transit van and the roads and parking are not made for that!

The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. We didn’t realize what a small boutique hotel it is, it was extremely private. It felt more like staying at a friend’s house than at a hotel. It was updated enough to be comfortable, but still had the historic charm. We loved it.
