Very nice/quaint location with a calming vibe. I liked my stay and I would stay again. A good place to unwind and disconnect from everything, if you want....

The curtains didn't give much if any privacy at night. You could see through the curtains with the lamp next to the bed on. I didn't like that at all being a lone woman traveler, it made me a little uncomfortable but I'm always packing a little treat so I wasn't worried. Suggestions to the hotel, double the curtain layers, I understand keeping historic looks but you can't put a price on privacy. Anyways thank you for the stay

The club house feel of this Inn made it very appealing to my wife and I. Many of the people that stay there are regulars and many are musicians. The library/lounge area’s on both floors had a lot of character. Felt very homey. Staff is friendly, much like most of Bisbee. And check out the well when you get your keys.

The room we stayed in had 3 beds, but no place to sit except for some chairs on the balcony. It would have been nice to have a sofa or some chairs instead of a third bed. Or at least inform the guests of the situation. In the hotels defense, it was full the first night, so we had no choice. The shower was also very small. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable to sleep. Very quiet.

Loved the eclectic style of the room, also really liked that the room had a double bed, a twin bed and another twin bed in a private "nook". This enabled my family to stay together. Was so glad to get this same room we stayed in 9 years ago. We really enjoyed the balcony with the screen door we could walk right out on. Was pleasantly surprised that this time around a continental breakfast was provided. Loved using the communal kitchen and dining room with other guests. Wonderful atmosphere.

At first there was no parking in front of the hotel. We went for dinner and fortunately there was a parking space available when we returned. We worried about walking with all our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay here. Several reviews mentioned the age of the hotel as a negative factor - well, it's 129 years old! What did they expect? We had a great time exploring it's odd nooks and crannies, and the mine shaft and freshwater spring in the lobby was amazing. We loved having chairs on the balcony right outside our door, where we sat at night and enjoyed the evening as well as for our morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We will be back.

No hooks in the bathroom! (My complaint about almost every hotel in which we stay.) Where should I put my wet towel, especially if I'm going to use it again?

We had breakfast away from the location. We wanted to walk a bit and build up an appetite. It did seem lacking in the options for items at The Inn. We did enjoy the use of the fridge to store our food/drink items. The movie lounge was great--we watched the Tombstone movie (for maybe the 10th time)! The staff was very friendly and made sure we actually WERE guests at the site.

Amanda greeted us on arrival even though she was not yet expected to be working. We explained that we had a wedding to attend & she checked us in a made it possible to get into a room early so we could change our clothes . She was so very gracious with everything about the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Location was excellent. The young woman who was a jack of all trades was so helpful and personable. She deserves a raise. Loved that the building was 130 years old and historic. Every room was different.

Only 1 main complaint. They have a beautiful sitting room with a fireplace. It was cold outside and we couldn't have a fire because the owner had it locked up. It would have been so charming.

It was quirky and very Bisbee. It was fun to explore a big old house and surrounding property. it was very close to the things we wanted to see so we didn’t have to drive. Everything pretty much was within walking distance. The kids really liked the bunk beds . The rooms are decorated in different themes. I didn’t realize there were a few common areas til later in the trip. I also wish I knew they were running a two days for 1 deal.

Parking was challenging . But not just for this property , all over Bisbee . At first I thought we are never going to get a parking spot, but the helpful lady checking us in pointed out a spot.

The Inn is quirky, just like Bisbee, so many cute little niches with lots of tchotchkes (stuff) hidden around. I couldn’t get enough of this property. Breakfast was standard continental and food was fresh. The kitchen area is laid out nicely, very cute. Real bowls, cups and utensils - no plastic here. The staff is very helpful and called us in advance to make sure they were they were available upon our arrival. Chris, the owner, did a great job renovating the property and it feels more like a bed and breakfast than a “hotel”. We will be back!

Juice at breakfast would have been nice, but good coffee and tea options fit the bill. Really nothing bad to say.

Room reference book could be updated. Some recommended restaurants permanently closed. WiFi passwords confusing, but trial and error on signals available and passwords eventually figured out. Hot water pressure sketchy, but I was patient and trickle rinse time was okay. I realize the age of this lovely place makes updates costly, but allin all, very satisfying and pleasant stay.
