I have stayed at the in 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside of the rooms are consistently clean and nice (for the price). The people in the office are friendly. This time there was an issue with my booking not displaying properly for them (this has never happened before, so I suspect the issue might be with Booking.com), but they fixed it in about 15 minutes by giving me a new room, which was an upgrade in that it had a jacuzzi!

I didn't like that they couldn't find my booking, but again that hasn't ever happened before, so I suspect the website was at fault.

Very clean, comfortable and safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to a variety of places to eat. I great place to stay for a couple of nights while exploring Muenster, Lindsay, Saint Jo or other spots in north Texas or the Red River Valley. Easy access to the Winstar Casino and Resort.

Our only complaint is while we liked the outdoor lighting that enhanced safety, better black out curtains in the room would be appreciated.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Small dog barking that I could hear until midnight and then 8:30 am the next morning. Blackout curtains were about 2 inches too short so it let sunlight in. I had to roll up towels to fill in the gaps so it would stay dark til I was ready to wake up. They also had shampoo , conditioner and soap dispensers that were convenient at the shower and hand washing sink area. Although, the hand soap dispenser at the sink did not work. Comfy bed, nice hot shower clean, modern room, very good.

Place was clean, staff was friendly. Its a good spot that is close to the WINSTAR Casino. Aint nothing fancy, as I treat it as a place to just sleep. Clean room and sheets.

Only negative was we had a dirty towel and a couple of holes in the room, but in the end, its just a place to rest for the night. A/C was good but didnt blow super strong in the morning, making the room humid.

We love the location when visiting family nearby. The staff is very, very kind and helpful.

This stay was a bit noisier than previous visits. This was our fourth visit in the past six months. There was a large group in front of the rooms and in the parking lot with loud music, talking, etc. They did quiet down by 10:00pm.

Affordable room close to Winstar casino

No coffee maker in the room. Had to go to office to get one. TV set with parental control. I could not watch movies or half the TV shows. I ask the office for the password requested to remove parental control. Office advised me I just can’t watch those channels. The hotel did not have the same good feel it did last time I visited. About 5 years ago.

The stay was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only complaint we had was the bathroom door did not latch and the lamp by the bed did not work. Also the heater did not work very well. We turned to the max and it took a very lo ng time to heat the room. We paid $183 dollars for the room so everything should be working perfectly, but overall it was a nice stay

Loved everything. AC works amazing. It was already on before we came in. Clean, bed soft and pillows. The shampoo conditioner and shower gel is on the wall. Same with hand soap and lotion. Also the art that's on the wall. I LOVE it. I'm a big art person.

There's nothing I dislike.

This is a hidden gem. I was surprised by the modern style design. It was a very comfortable stay. It provided microwave and refrigerator. It was quiet and staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast but I think the more people find this they will upgrade to providing breakfast.

Very clean and friendly staff

Booked a “king” room. There was only one bed in the room but was not a king size by no means. The only other thing was that it was hot when we checked in and the air conditioner was completely off so it took several hours for the room to cool off, but to be fair we were allowed to check in a few hours before normal check in time.
