great location, nice sauna, excellent housekeeping …

Location is fantastic and convenient. Super hospitalities starting from arrival. Twin bedroom is spacious. The beds are in Queen size. Very comfortable. Breakfasts are great. We could choose to go in two different restaurants for breakfast which are serving different menus. Spa is great. Facilities are great.

The Chinese breakfast is not too good in M Bar downstairs. Service in M Bar at breakfast time is bit cold. I rented a van with driver at the last day from Hotel to Zhuhai mainland. The rental car provided by third party is obviously not in the level of MO standard. Car is not clean. No water. Driver talks all the time. Keeping calling and using his cell phone while driving

Aircondition too cold (like everywhere in Hong Kong)

The service was beyond outstanding. I travelled alone with my four year old son which can be a struggle but the staff were beyond helpful in engaging with him while I was checking in and at various points when I needed to focus on making arrangements.

The pool was not child-friendly, as it was 1.3 m throughout, but this is more of personal expectations rather than a problem with the hotel.

There’s no view and no privacy from surrounding office buildings. Bed, pillows and bed linens are not the most amazing

everything was perfect : world class service, the room has thoughtfully selected amenities and minibar, delicious food and beverage venues and in-room dinning was also prepared with the best care, my favorite about it is the spa facilities and indoor pool ( plus free yoga classes ); lastly, it’s in the best location; one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in HK

Location in Central easily connectable to everywhere especially to Landmark, IFC, Soho within short minute of walk. Comfy bedding & pillows. Giant bathtub. Dyptique amenities. Caring staffs.

No view as it's located in Central surrounded other buildings. Needed to shade down all day for privacy. Pricey week with Art Basel.

1 night there was a club playing extremely loud music. Contacted staff and they were very accommodating to try and solve the issue
