The room was small but it had everything you would need. The king size bed was very comfortable., The pool was very clean and there were plenty of towels. I liked that there was a bathroom with a shower in the pool area, you didn't have to leave the pool. I thought the temperature of the pool was just right and not to much chlorine that it was not uncomfortable. (I think they might have used salt instead of chlorine but not sure)The breakfast area was clean and well maintained . .

We did get there about 2:00 and I realize check in was 3. So they did have us wait. The front desk person was okay.

For a hotel chain, the breakfasts here are better than most. This is a convenient first-night stop for us on our annual trips down south in the spring. We always look for a safe place since we travel with expensive bikes on the vehicle as well as lots of stuff inside it, and the fact that Hampton Inns are usually off the highways and main streets appeals to us.

This is not a reflection on the hotel itself, but to the clientele. While it’s a non-smoking facility,, the preponderance of nicotine product and vape shops right over the state line is an indication of what comes inside. Whether its the other guests or the staff who smoke and cause this, the vestibule and the elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. For those of us sensitive to smoke, even a few seconds passing through the areas is unpleasant.

The entry, fireplace, warm friendly, professional staff, easy parking area, easy access on/off highway. Bedroom and bath linens were very nice. The room was very clean and had no odor. It was just a great place to decompress from the drive. Also, breakfast was outstanding!

Nothing. Would have enjoyed staying longer and taking advantage of the pool and other amenities. It was a great place to layover. We traveled during April school vacation week and it seemed like families with children enjoyed staying there as well.

Good location within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Except for a mistake made by a front desk clerk when we arrived, or possibly made by the night auditor, the staff were excellent. Breakfast and eating area was very good. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was very quiet and there was no overcrowding at breakfast, and there was no problem with housekeeping or other services -- the hotel easily managed having a full house.

Bathroom, particularly the shower, overdue for renovation. The shower valve was defective, such that half the waterflow came out of the tub spigot vs. the showerhead. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a cheap off-brand and very hard to operate and very weak. The staff need to attend to dying plants in the lobby and pool area and water them! Finally, either the desk clerk or the night auditor incorrectly recorded us in the system as no-shows, and after checking in and occupying our room, our reservation was cancelled in the system. Thus we could not access wifi with our name and room number and there were a few other inconveniences during our two night stay. However, a subsequent desk clerk apologized and resolved the wifi access problem.

Large, comfortable and quiet room, despite the hotel being near to a busy road.

Breakfast had few healthy options, e.g fruit and yoghurt.

The cleanliness is always top notch here. I can't tell you how many "fancy" hotels do not clean well and this is always perfect! I look forward to staying here so I can relax and not worry about cleanliness!!! Thank you for all that you and your staff do to make it cozy and comfortable! I also loved being greeted with snacks and water when I arrived! I am an honors member...but still...lovely touch :D

I can't think of one thing!

We liked the entire layout. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was fabulous. More spacious than any hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time! Breakfast food choices were the best!

I love their king size bed however, the pillow quality was really lacking.

Breakfast was very good, many choices, so everyone was satisfied. The bed was comfortable and the sheets looked like new. There was everything we needed in the room.

We had a little trouble to access the internet, but were able to access with a little help from the front desk.

Both breakfast and location were excellent.

Located near shops & tri state area. Breakfast included. Fireplace in lobby. Friendly staff. Nice sized rooms. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer, extra blanket are a plus

Needs a little make over. Bathroom shower doors need to be cleaned better. Made it look a little run down
