Really cute little spot! Stayed here while visiting NJ for a friend's wedding. I wanted to save some money, so I chose this motel. Whenever you hear motel you get a little nervous, especially when traveling alone, but this spot exceeded my expectations. Joe was so friendly and my room was very comfortable and cozy. To the people that might be reconsidering booking due to the very few negative reviews....this is a motel, not a 5-star luxury hotel, you gotta adjust your expectations (not that I found anything wrong with my stay). It did the job and for a motel it checked all the boxes, felt safe, clean, comfortable and I even saved a few bucks.

We were looking for an inexpensive place while traveling home from an event. We were really happy with our room. Nothing fancy, this is an old-style motor-inn, which was perfect for our needs. Two extremely comfy beds, a clean bathroom and a friendly host who gave us a great recommendation for dinner that night. Why pay for the extra stuff you never use? I'll stay again the next time I'm driving through.

I like that the room was comfortable. Also had a lot of space to move around. As a bonus, they also had Roku TV so if you wanted to stream stuff online, you can log on and do it (just make sure you log off before you leave).

Nothing against the place, but I had the communicate through the owners by text message. I'm an old-fashioned person, meaning I would have liked to met them in person.

The motel format(outside room entrance)is always a "draw" point for us & we really enjoyed the local businesses in the area - We picked this spot because of it's proximity to Pocono Park & the drive to & from didn't disappoint - It was lovely & very convenient

We were happy with the stay and are looking forward to staying there in the future - We are more than satisfied with the accommodations

Comfortable and clean. Easy check- in/out. 30 minutes from Bushkill Falls. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. We hiked through Stokes State Park, visited the Chocolate Goat gift and chocolate shop, and an antique mall.

It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee, which is pretty standard for most rentals.

We stayed here to make a stop while leaving NYC headed towards upstate NY, so se just needed a place to sleep, and we were pleased to find a room with a fair price, clean, nicely decorated. It is not large, but it perfectly catered to our needs. Be sure to visit the bakery sitting just across Rte 206 for a great breakfast!

I think its the best value around. The new owners renovating so outside is nothing special but inside is super functional, cute and spotless clean. WiFi is fast, water pressure is great. We will be back.

The outside of the motel looked a little run down as it needed a fresh coat of paint, but the inside of the room was great! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It would have been nice to have coffee somewhere in the motel though as there was no coffee pot in the room.

No coffee. The Mexican restaurant next door was expensive.

Super cute and comfortable interior. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Friendly staff. Easy and convenient. Bakery across street with good coffee. (Must drive across highway).

One of the two rooms we had smelled of stale cigarette smoke. This is a hard smell to eliminate and I am very sensitive to it.

Perfectly adequate accommodations local to where I needed to be. The property is near the main road but noise was not an issue. Room was equipped with a retro-style refrigerator and microwave.

A handful of domestic items - cups, plates, cutlery - would have been ideal.
