Newly renovated villa

Things should be open later- like game room and pools close at 9…should be 10. And the warehouse closed at 9

The studio was well set up. When I asked for a extra pillow, it arrived in an hour. The pool was refreshing after a long day. It was quiet. Conveniently located near other activities.

Paid full price for resort fees, when most of the current activities are only open during the weekends. If you are there midweek, like we were, you are basically paying for the pool.

The location was perfect for someone who needs to disconnect and recharge. The property itself was very nice and modern. I love the different amenities.

The bathroom smelled like the sewer is overflowing. The TV was very weird. It’s nice because it’s a large tv but the channels seemed to be stuck in 1990’s. For such a family-oriented place and claims of upgraded villas, I think they could invest more on better indoor entertainment. Smart TV perhaps? The bathroom is baffling. The sink is so small and then there’s this HUGE space that you could practically fit a single bed with just nothing in it. I don’t understand who designed that bathroom.

The staff was very attentive. The villas are huge spacious rooms and super clean with everything thing you need from home except food and drinks.

Free Coffee should of been provided in rooms! The pools were super cold. The activity fees to do things were extremely over priced. 5.00 a wooden egg that washed or rubbed off all 4 egg b4 we arrived home. Also a hr for a sip and pain̈t class with water based paint with no sealer is like paying 20.00 for a 1.00 wine glass. Let's get get into the disgusting paint brushes. We went off site to buy our own. Free amenities like mini golf always over crowded never got to play. Alot of things were highly over priced or not included for a 4 yr old. It wasnt a hotel. It was a time share. Totally different than expected

We stayed at this resort with our family over Easter and really enjoyed our time. The area is beautiful, and there’s a lot to do on-site and nearby — activities for all ages. There were plenty of entertainment options, and we loved how lively and family-friendly everything felt. The location is also great — close to everything, but still peaceful.

We especially liked the mini golf, which was a fun highlight for us, although one of the holes had a ball stuck under a large rock, which was a bit frustrating. Also downside was the indoor swimming pool — the water didn’t seem clean, so we decided to skip it. It would’ve been nice to enjoy that as well.

Not pet friendly. But viewing the cleanliness of property, I understand why 👍 Spacious Villa for a One Bedroom. Unfortunately, Bedroom was small with barely any walking space. But all else very good.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. It was more than I expected. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great having the dishwasher and the washing machine and dryer. Loved being able to cook meals there. The pools were great nice and clean. We've also played mini golf.

I took my grandkids to the arcade. Both of the token machines were not working and the games required tokens in order to play. There was no one there to help. There was a worker outside in a truck. We told him about it and he came in and made a phone call . He was able to supply us with some tokens. However we went back later and the token machines still weren't working and nobody was there to help. There were also other people there who wanted to play on the machines and were unable to as well.

The cilla was gorgeous and spacious for one bedroom and faculties was very polite, professional, understanding, efficient.

The bed was uncomfortable, wish they were more storage in the upstairs bathroom to put your things, I had to put all my personal things on the windowsill or in the bedroom, also need a real mop or swiffer to clean floor, a dust pan with stick, especially for older people, so they don't hve to constantly bend down to collect dirt. Some places around the house was, a little dusty, like vents, also the windows, the dishwasher. Oh, a washer and dryer were stated online, but none was in the villa.

Beds are too small for a queen, heated pool wasn't so warm , room bathroom wasn't totally clean, towels were old and stained , even the be sheets had some stains
