The staff is so helpful especially the lady that is always working, she's always hospitable and accommodating. The location is wonderful and rooms are very clean and updated with a fridge and microwave. Only complaint was that the washer and dryer were out of order when I was there. But I plan on returning. Thank you.

Out of order laundry

The location next to 7eleven McDonald's and main st with even more restaurants...The room we had was clean and nice for the price decent parking lot and room was huge got a king size bed and the heat worked so good

The water while showering ran out qucik and I just got it and no it didn't let it run....other than that good experience

My room was very clean. It smelled like someone had just cleaned it. The staff was very nice and helpful. I think how the rooms are set up. The doors on the first floor and the second floor are facing opposite sides of the building.

The outside needs some paint. I was worried that the inside would reflect the outside but thankfully it did not. Outside looked sketchy but the inside was great.

The location was ideal for the weekend I spent in Stroudsburg, right next to Interstate 80. If you ever visit the Stroudsburg Area I highly recommend this hotel. If you looking to do some skiing shopping or just a weekend getaway., I recommend that you book early.

There was no Morning Light breakfast offered or mentioned. I think a lot of it might have been covid related I'm not sure but it would have been nice to have some coffee and some light Refreshments even in the evening. Perhaps management will consider this in the future it would be nice.

Just ask for help from the staff and everything will be all right

Some of the room smells like cigarette / e-cigarette. It's stuck to the walls in the rugs. They changed my room.

The location was perfect for my needs there's a Comptons Pancake restaurant nearby. Just off Interstate I-80 this location is ideal for a weekend trip or a business trip. With attractions in the Poconos and Stroudsburg have a great experience in the Poconos.

There's no 24 hour check in. So if you come after 11pm you're out of luck. So if you're running late better call ahead to avoid problems.

The exterior may not look the best but the inside is clean, well kept and has everything you need for a good stay.

Close to places I needed to go. Comfortable rooms, spacious.

No place to hang coats/ clothes without bringing my own hangers.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, The room was immaculate.

I would have preferred a softer mattress, but some people like a very firm bed.

Person at the front desk is amazing. Friendly and professional. Room is a little dated but if it were updated would probably cost more. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value.

The only bad thing I can say is no coffee. No coffee in the room or lobby. Dunkin donuts is a short distance away but I wish there was coffee on site.
