The staff was very accommodating I had an issue with my credit card and they were more than patient help me get through it cuz on my side it was very trying for me and the gentleman that was at the desk was very very polite and nice all the staff that I had encountered there everyone was excellent from the girls that work in the kitchen to the girls that clean the rooms and there was a few gentlemen I'm not sure who they were but they were also very polite and very very helpful I had to leave early because my wife had a medical condition and they were very helpful and prompt to help me get on my way I had to leave a day early but my wife's doctor wanted us to get back so she could get in the hospital and like I said the staff the place everybody was nice really nice highly recommend it to anyone

That it a close to a WaWa, Camelback Resort, the staff was friendly. The place was clean, no noises from other rooms.

This isn't toward the hotel overall. I booked the room through Bookings.com and on there they made it seem that the hotel room I purchased had a hot tub even showed a picture, in the room but it didn't. Looking at the Ad again it mentioned that the overall facility has some rooms with hot tubs. Also on bookings.com they said the pool was heated but it was really a room that was heated, the water was just slightly cold. I would recommend booking straight through the hotel website to make sure you are getting what you expect! Once again it was nothing with the overall hotel.

Very close to a large outlet mall Very friendly hosts. My bad My bathroom only had a tub no stand-up shower. But the tub was a 2-person red heart shaped jet tub. Only down fall was that the end stairs and landings were never cleaned and the garbage that was there on Friday was still there on Monday at check out and the beer cans and boxes in the parking lot out back needed to be picked up. Overall, a nice stay but a little pick up of the facility was needed.

Facility outside room attention.

The breakfast is actually great. It was better than I expected. The building definitely Li’s old but clean.

Was not a big fan of the swimming pool.

More variety would make for a lovelier breakfast, but I guess you have your limitations. However, your breakfast was outstanding. They were so very busy and still dealt with the requests from the guests professionally and with kindness… well done!

Again, lack of variety, we stayed there two nights and all was the same with the food choices.

The Staff was very Professional & very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here I’ll definitely be back, Pool was Great. The fireplace was such a great touch… Breakfast was Sooooo Good (Waffles) was the Best. The guy that works in the Kitchen was sooooo Friendly & very helpful ❤️

I liked the coziness of the room very comfortable to sleep in !the staff was also very kind and helpful in our needs

The breakfast time slot was too short I feel as though the breakfast serving time should extend until 11 am instead of having only a very brief 7-9am or 7-10 am timeframe but other than that I have no complaints

Great location just minutes away from everything, 10 minutes you're in Mount Pocono a little before that is Mount airy casino. Plus it's very close to where my kids live. Very good for the price. Staff was very very friendly. Cleaning comfortable.

I wouldn't say I didn't like but the bathroom was a little small and the TV could have had a few more channels on it other than that, all good!!

Roomy, clean, great location, plenty of and good breakfast. We would stay again. Staff were nice too. Like that it’s close to the highway. We would come back to stay again.

Slow tub drain, juice/water/coffee machine was broken for days, and can’t use credit card for soda machine only cash.

The king size room was spacious, it had a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. Room was clean, so was bathroom. I like the gym, I didnt get a chance to eat the breakfast but the food smelled good. I like that is was 10min drive from all the major resorts (camelback/kalahari)

Wish checkout could have been 12pm.
