Everything it was so beautiful and comfortable. Quite and nobody disturbed us! Very peaceful place an amazing view.

The pool was supposed to be heated kept getting cold. Our room was getting cold also. We were asked to leave our pool door open so it can warm our room. The 3 30 arrival time to get our room turned into almost 5 p.m before they had our room ready. The breakfast was ok. Could've been hotter an fresher. The towels in our room had alot of hair from previous guests on them. Nasty.

It was a nice romantic getaway.

The only thing that I did not like is that I was asking for fresh linen since the first night because a few of ours were stained. We never got fresh linen the whole time. Even after calling several times.

The staff are all friendly and extremely accommodating. There is so much to do and lots of fun. There are so many amenities. The food is plentiful and so good. You can picnic walk the trail and they have organized games that are fun. You can meet other couples that was nice. We danced at the nightclub. The room is beautiful we stayed at the Diana suite and made good use of the jacuzzi and pool. We checked out late and they made it easy by allowing us to leave the key in the room so we wouldn't have to go back to the front desk and wait. I enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi at the recreational area.

Well, the place can use upgrades I went last year and the indoor pool area is still not completely in working order the second jacuzzi is not working and some tiles are still missing the water was extremely cold so I couldn't enjoy that pool. The other thing I noticed is that the outdoor pool can use some scrubbing and a good cleaning there was a ring of dirt around he pool. In the room I found that the pool also needed scrubbing behind the ladder It had a patch of grime. I would love to come back and enjoy more but will be more cautious about the room before accepting it. Thanks for an amazing time. We still loved the stay.

Very nice breakfast buffet in the morning with friendly staff. Spooner's was a cute place to socialize. The gift store was cute and the lady working there was very nice. Great pools!

We didn't like how the lighting was in the room, very dark! They have a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave to heat anything up. Clean room, but very outdated and in need of repairs. The hot tub sprayed water all over because it needs a new faucet. One towel per person for shower and none for the hot tub, nothing extra for sure unless you pay extra.

The activities around the resort were simple but fun. The room had great amenities and it was comfortable. The food was pretty good for dinner and breakfast. The bar area is pretty nice and the food there was pretty good too. we like that everything was walkable. and there were a lot of great choices of activities around the resort.

Although the linens were clean and the basics in the room were clean, it's rough around the edges. Lots of dirty doors, tables and switches. Many of the things around the resort need an overall update. There are certain things that are clearly from the 80s and 90s.

Room needs TLC, front door condition, it locked but didn't close properly, round bed is old, you roll to the middle and round doesn't work for tall people. Refrigerator - freezer had frozen ice built up where you couldn't use it and it dripped so everything in the refrig got wet. Sauna door does not stay closed. Room could use a small safe. Same menu everyday for Breakfast & Dinner.

My husband and I really enjoyed Paradise Stream Resort! Check in was very smooth! The staff in the Restaurant was awesome! Great customer service! Had a great time with the DJ on Friday night. He shouted my husband and I out for our anniversary! And played our wedding song! We will definitely be going back!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the wifi. It blocked our phones from texting or making calls inside the room. We had to go outside to the parking lot to get a signal. My husband and I laughed and said...so they really want you to focus on each other..because you can't talk to anyone else! LOL!

Everyone on the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy, and the jet tub was great. The bathroom was nice and modern, other than the toilet. That felt slightly dated. Everything was clean, and overall it was a great stay!

My one complaint is that the pool room and sauna smelled really weird, to the point where I couldn't stay in there for more than a minute. We didn't feel the need to use the pool or sauna, so it wasn't a big deal for us, but it was still a bit disappointing.

Spooner's bar and grill was nice it's right next to the game room and the indoor pool and jacuzzi The staff was really nice our room was great we stayed in the lakeside Villa a lot of room with porch and view of lake it's really nice there. We stayed there a couple times and that's the room we always get. Also a lot of activities throughout the day we won a couple prizes at trivia and there was also bingo and a DJ. Also really easy to get it Uber to and from the Mount airy casino.

There was nothing we didn't like.
