Although located at a junction, the place is very quiet. Just a few minutes away from plenty of restaurants, a huge supermarket, and of course, close to beautiful national parks. We were kindly allowed to enjoy coffee and breakfast well after the official end of breakfast hours. Thank you, kind people at Super.

The carpet was a bit smelly, but the front desk worker told us we could have another room instead. Anyway, we could sleep well.

Literally right off Rte 80 which was great for me as every place I was going was one exit away. Dunkin' Donuts was right down the street. Despite being so near a major highway, it was very quiet. When I initially booked, I couldn't get a room where I did not need to take stairs, but when I checked in , they changed my room to the accessible one. Very pleased with that extra courtesy. The coffee in both the room and the "breakfast" area was delicious.I had brought some light breakfast items with me, yogurt and such, and having a fridge in the room was very handy. Staff was very friendly!

The faucet in the bathroom leaks water onto sink area when turned on and needs to be replaced.

We were at the Poconos.. visiting Bushkill Falls, got ENGAGED!! Decided to stay in area instead of driving home 2.5 hours away so booked room here, and arrived 20 minutes later!!! Very Affordable!! Shower was excellent!! Fridge and Microwave excellent bonus!! Staff were all very polite and accommodating!!

Rugs looked dirty.. kinda sticky in socked feet.. Bedspread was weird colors..made it look cheap..solid color would have been better choice. Ik..being picky.. but you asked.

Location to ESU and nearby gas stations, restaurants, etc., was great. Clean and quiet room for a budget hotel---did not hear any other guests or traffic noise.

Housekeeping must have skipped our room--no fresh towels even though we left the used ones on the tub--and no sign was there that you had to request a dailing refreshing. The free breakfast was VERY minimal--muffins, coffee/tea and juice.

Friendly staff. Location. Light breakfast (muffins, fruit, muesli bar, juice, coffee). Clean and comfy room. Window in room which can be opened for fresh air. Daily room service.

Noises between floors are not well isolated, so whatever a person above you is doing, you hear it and feel the vibrations, so ear plugs required if you're sleeping lightly.

I need to give a hearty and well deserved shout out to the staff at this hotel! I randomly selected this place due to the great last minute price and good online reviews - Google Maps reviews for sure steered us right this trip! Was moving my daughter's best friend, along with my daughter's remaining belongings left back home in Michigan, to their new apartment in Manhattan. Price was great, and Kate (I think! ) at check in was a delight - friendly as you could hope for, yet very professional, and extremely helpful. I asked about local dining options and she produced a few pages stapled together, all local restaurants that are favorites of the staff who took it upon themselves to make this for their customers, complete with individual directions from the hotel to each place! Very thoughtful. I don't remember the names of the rest of the staff we dealt with, but the lady who checked us out the next morning was equally friendly and great to deal with. Delightful again comes to mind. A very basic breakfast was also offered (think prepackaged muffins and a couple of juice options and coffee) which was nice. My daughter's friend accidentally left an item in our room and staff and management went all out to reach us! They called me, emailed me, AND messaged me through Booking. They went above and beyond to try to get a hold of us, and once we called them back, they arranged the shipment of it no problem. The room itself was very clean and overall we were very happy with it. My main complaint was the mattress - it felt lumpy and hard. Otherwise, I was very happy with what we got for the price. Highly recommended this place for the weary traveler. Picture is right as we arrived at sunset, taken in the front of the hotel, looking away from the hilltop lobby and rooms towards the beautiful view...

The “included breakfast” was disappointing. Not even bagels or small cereal boxes! Only individually wrapped muffins, coffee, and juice in boxes that look like yogurt, that is laid out on a table and not even on ice to keep them cold. I think it could be done better.

It was a very welcoming experience from the moment we checked in. My friend has hip and knee problem pins in both,. Bonnie and her staff went out of their way to provide her with a big comfortable chair and extra pillows so she could sleep with her leg propped . They made sure she was well taken care of, something you don't see much of It made us feel they really care about the guests.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It really could be a little bit better .. The variety was lacking..

Smelled good when walked in. Woman at the desk was superior at her job and helpful, very welcoming and pleasant! Forgot her name,working the am shift. Was clean and beds were comfortable and a great price. Would definitely stay again if traveling that way!

Was construction going on at the time we stayed. Other than that it was great!

Orange juice was good at breakfast. Close to Mt. Tammany hike. Friendly staff with printed suggestions for places to watch fireworks and eat.

The closet bar in the room was placed far in the room rather than near the door. Room was not very clean. Inside the drawers was dirty. Tiny pre-packaged muffins did not make much of a breakfast.
