The waterpark of course is fantastic, we got two full days in of pure enjoyment and fun. Decor is fun and the kids loved all the extra touches. Beds were super comfy and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

No meals included in the price of your room is bizarre. We knew this beforehand, so we were prepared, but to not even have breakfast included is bizarre. Maybe it's an American thing people are used to but for anyone else in the world -very odd.

I enjoyed my stay at Great Wolf Lodge. The kids had a wonderful time. The staff members were all exceptional. Having quiet hours 11p-7a was a plus for me. We were well rested before we could embark on more fun the following day. I look forward to visiting again.

The carpets on the hallways could use some renovation/ changing.

Took my 10 year old daughter. She loved everything about it. The outdoor obstacle course was great and the water park was clean and the lines kept a good pace.

The arcade was too expensive and the ticket prizes weren't worth it. Which is everywhere you go now but it how much profit do you need to make before your just taking advantage of families.

We came on weekdays so waterpark and hotel were not as packed making the waterpark and lines more enjoyable. Hotel was clean and beautiful as its always been. The new mining area was a good time as well. Can't wait for our next visit with my Littles.

Service at the front desk was poor this time as I have been to this facility about 15 times. They had only 2 people to check line in. Staff could surely smile and be more friendly. The no cash rule was ridiculous..nowhere does it say it is a cashless facility when u book or get there. Have always paid for remainder of my reservation with cash upon arrival and was rude and snippy like well the hole hotel is cashless and I cannot check u in after waiting in line for hour. Like I said prior have been here over a dozen times and this time was by far the worst with the friendliness of staff.

The place looks really nice and the staff is very friendly. The water park is awesome. The food was really good as well and the arcade was fun too.

The hallway carpet floor looks a bit dirty, but it's understandable with all the constant traffic from the water park to the hotel rooms.

I loved how clean the facility was and how nice everyone was. The water park was amazing too.

It was easy to get turned around and go the wrong way, there weren't enough directions around the facility that showed you where to go. It would've been nice to have a microwave in the room.

The convenience to all the attractions onsite as well as the eateries.
