Upon Arrival the view, from the entryway to the front desk the view out to the back grounds was just breathtaking. Both clerks we spoke with during our stay were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed 6 months pregnant with my 4 daughters and we were so comfortable and happy to be there. Both pools were open and my girls had a blast there. my daughters took sunset pics in the back overlooking the lake and mountains. We ate dinner at their restaurant and it was delicious and our waiter was phenomenal! so acclimating even gave us a full set of plates and silverware for any leftovers. It was extremely easy to find on GPS and so close to camelback and great wolf lodge. It took us 9 mins to drive to Great wolf lodge from there, Absolutely will stay here again !!! Thank you !

everything was truly great! even if we had an issue like a tv not working the from desk clerk had a resolution for us in no time to assure we were comfortable! Absolutely the best service !

We loved the food from the restaurant. Their wings and pizza definitely were a hit! The swimming pool was a hit as well, at night, it is heated.. We loved the balcony and view. The room had a refrigerator and Kuerig (coffee machine), it would had made it even better if they had a microwave in the room but we did find and use the microwave they have by the snack machines by front desk. And the game room and sauna were enjoued by our family as well. We would stay again.

It is a little outdated, needs an update along with the pillows, it was hard to sleep on. Everything else is nice.

My room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean and had only a few people, not overcrowded. The restaurant served good food and staff was friendly, Sat with me and talked. I will come again.

The outdoor areas weren't set up for customers. No cushions on furniture. Must we ask? No convenient ice machine, 3rd floor. One level down from 1st was broken. Why?

Location, pool and game room were great. A lot of games didn’t work but weren’t marked so they took the money anyway but overall kids still had fun in the arcade. The dock outside is very peaceful and serene.

The pullout soda was very uncomfortable even for children. The metal bars were coming through. The website advertises a hot tub and sauna but have neither.

Having a balcony in our room, the bar/restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. The room was also very reasonably priced. didn’t use all the amenities, but what I saw seemed very nice. It was just an overnight stay for the nascar race.

The toilets were to low to ground, very hard to get down and up. Especially would be problematic for elderly, or someone with an injury.

We have been staying here for almost 20 years every Fall. It is close by to shops and pubs we love, and we look forward to it each year. The bar is open again, and the kitchen sent out absolutely phenomenal food. We ate there two night in a row. Our pizza was excellent, and our chicken parm the next night was delicious as well. So happy that this piece of the Property is back on the right track.

It is in need of some attention. Some of the plumbing fixtures for example. The indoor pool and sauna is never open when we stay. Management compt us for this which was appreciated. We still love staying here, and will continue to do so.

My wife and I had an amazing experience. This was our first time there and we are definitely coming back. Place was clean and organized. Room with balcony was decent! Clean and comfortable. Pool and lounge area was better than expected. Staff was very professional. Great place for a couples getaway.

The entrance was crowded with people. Smoking and lounging.

Was my second time there with my boyfriend and my cat, and is a really good experience. The location is super good , the room is very comfortable and the most amazing part is the personal there, the people on the front desk are very friendly, professional and the lady in the bar and the staff 100/10

Resort was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating to requests. Good portions of food and delicious. Room was comfortable and tidy. Deer hanging around the parking lot when we arrived (be careful !!). Did not use any other facilities during this stay so I cannot comment on those.
