Loved swimming in the indoor pool, sleeping in the very clean and comfortable beds, and eating the included breakfast, with hot food and plenty of options for the whole family. The pool and breakfast made it worth the stay. Also nice that the room was quiet even though it was near the highway. Convenient location to I80. The onsite Lounge restaurant has excellent food for less than nearby restaurants and there is a grocery store a couple blocks away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom door was hard to close and the shower could use some updating. These were minor issues and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.

The outdoor space was amazing. Adirondack chairs, multiple seating areas, 2 fire pits, great view of a creek in the back. There was an outdoor patio with umbrellas and tables to dine outside. There was a little playground too as well as corn hole. Plenty of room for kids to play ball and a decent size indoor swimming pool. The lounge/ restaurant has live music great food and even better prices. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. I forgot to mention the complimentary breakfast. It rivals that of a 5 star resort. Full buffet spread of eggs pancakes potatoes and all the meats. Donuts, bagels, yogurt, cereal and make your own waffle station! The rooms were modern and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable.

I own a hot tub so I know what it takes to maintain safe water parameters. The jacuzzi needs maintenence all around. I don't ever use public or shared hot tubs due to the infectious bacteria that can be lurking.

The hotel room was clean. The staff was amazing! It came in handy that you could borrow towels, water bottle refill stations plus coffee at all hours in the lobby. The restaurant/bar had good food and music. Breakfast was good; there was hot and cold options and they kept it stocked and clean. The pool was kept clean. Came with my whole family and we stayed very busy in between our competition with the pool,playground,firepit (doing smores) and restaurant.

Bathroom is small but I wouldn't say that's something to complain about.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They responded in a timely manner when we requested service. In the lounge at night. The male staff at the lounge was very attentive, however the female needs a bit more customer service training and smile a bit more.

In the room, the bathroom was too small and didn't have an exhaust fan. Therefore you can see the mold forming in the ceiling due to the humidity. The bathtub got clogged but the staff did acted quickly. The breakfast the first day was good but the second day, it was reheated. If it is your first time there like it was for me, don't count on anyone to let you know how everything operates because there is no-one. I was at a lost and it took me and my family a minute, to figure out. The gentleman serving the breakfast wouldn't even try to explain anything. Just: "good morning what do you want". How do I know what would I want if I don't know what you are serving. The tables in the dinning area could use a little more cleaning and should not be sticky. (Maybe a change in cleaning supply)

The room , hot tub was nice . Bed was comfy ! We liked it because it had a restaurant and bar ! We ate dinner the first night and the food was good ! We also liked it had music both nights

The second night we went down to the bar to get nachos and the bartender said she would be right with us and then she went back to the bar area and started to wait on customers that cane in after us , we finally had to go to the bar to place our order !

The breakfast food was mediocre and organization bad, was told breakfast was in room next to lounge. When we entered room it was messy, not a lot of choices only waffles, a few yogurt in fridge, fridge had few choices, no milk for stale cereal, regular waffle mix was out, awful blueberry flavor, no staff in breakfast room, tables were sticky, counters dirty, hot food in bar was served by staff. Not what I expect from hotel. Coffe was also in Lounge area. I travel for work and breakfast area is clean well lit, lots of option including fruit salad, fresh fruit, breads…

Staff breakfast room, clean tables, provide better variety, be clear where food is served.

Front d3sk employees were excellent. Enjoyed the pool. Very comfortable.

The waitress/bartender in the lounge was awful. Pretty much ignored us when we came in for dinner at 7:10p.m. was not interested in bringing us menus and when she asked if we were ordering dinner and we said yes, she rolled her eyes and continued with the bar. We left after waiting approximately 10 minutes as she didn't even bring us menus. There was only 2 gentlemen sitting at the bar. Nobody at the tables. The music was also blaring so loud we couldn't talk. That was our only negative experience.

The room was clean and perfect size for our family. Location was convenient close to the waterparks, outlets, and shopping plaza. They had a nice bar/lounge with a huge backyard, 2 fire pits and a playground for little ones! It was such a nice experience as we were able to let our toddler play while we enjoyed a few drinks. They even had a s’mores package for the fire pits! The live bad playing that night was also amazing! They also have a small arcade, and a decent size pool but but didn’t get to try. Will definitely be booking here again!

Staff is the most caring hotel staff I’ve ever come across. Truly went above and beyond to make my son feel special. I asked the staff if it was possible to leave a card saying happy birthday to my son since we were visiting for his birthday. They went out and bought a card, balloons, and a stuffy. The most amazing part was they put happy birthday to my son on their big sign outside. They went out of their way to be so kind just because that’s the kind of people they are. They had no idea my son and I were on vacation because we suddenly lost my niece (his cousin/best friend) over the summer and he cried thinking about a party without her. It meant the world to us, seriously more than they could imagine.

Everything was great.

The facility is clean and spacious . The lounge food options are good with burgers, wraps, and salads. The free breakfast is also in the lounge and includes eggs, sausage, and hash browns. The lounge staff is pleasant and helpful.

The good location next to I-80 also means noise but it is workable. The pool is okay but the bottom needs to be painted. Needs a refresh.
