The front desk staff was quick to resolve our only issue (the room we initially had smelled like cigarette smoke). The 2nd room was clean and fresh and there were no other problems.

No elevators is rough with 2nd floor room and luggage. The pool is not heated, the room its in is a nice warm temp, but the water is cold. No jacuzzi or hot tub is kind of a downer.

The best water pressure, AC works great, fridge AND microwave in room, bar on site, and a dunkin as well. That covers all my needs. No highway noise.

the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Met a gentleman from my home state of North Carolina. He was so helpful, and caring, he literally made the trip up to the Poconos amazing with his great energy and willingness to accommodate! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very cool as well. The gym is small but has free weights

The TV was somewhat older but i guess im just spoiled on 4k

Excellent customer service. I have one issue that was resolved immediately. The room was clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. It was affordable.

I loved everything

The location was perfect, right off the highway. Easy to get to different places. Dunkin was right in property for a quick breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Especially liked that the floors (in the rooms) weren't carpeted!

The pillows in the bed were small. But that's such a minor thing it isn't even worth mentioning. Everything was great.

Loved the front desk staff and also had a great time at the bar inside the hotel. Steven, who also works the front, was bartender for the night as the regular tender wasn't in. He was fantastic and funny! Rooms were decent and cozy, tho the walls were pretty thin and lotsa people up late late... But all in all, great location just off I-80 and some really good nearby restaurants!!

The location was good. It was very peaceful in the area.

What I didn't like was that in the location there was no internet or signal. The had wifi but it barely worked.

Everything was good, clean. Pool was good after long driving. We liked it.

It is just great that there is a Dunkin Donuts at the hotel. service there was good and fast, as I had a six hour trip ahead of me to Akron Ohio
