Newly renovated villa

Things should be open later- like game room and pools close at 9…should be 10. And the warehouse closed at 9

The studio was well set up. When I asked for a extra pillow, it arrived in an hour. The pool was refreshing after a long day. It was quiet. Conveniently located near other activities.

Paid full price for resort fees, when most of the current activities are only open during the weekends. If you are there midweek, like we were, you are basically paying for the pool.

The location was perfect for someone who needs to disconnect and recharge. The property itself was very nice and modern. I love the different amenities.

The bathroom smelled like the sewer is overflowing. The TV was very weird. It’s nice because it’s a large tv but the channels seemed to be stuck in 1990’s. For such a family-oriented place and claims of upgraded villas, I think they could invest more on better indoor entertainment. Smart TV perhaps? The bathroom is baffling. The sink is so small and then there’s this HUGE space that you could practically fit a single bed with just nothing in it. I don’t understand who designed that bathroom.

I like the location and we also both like to play golf. There was a golf course right on the premises. The rooms were a nice size.

When we first got there, they put us in a handicap room. it is very dark, dreary, and needs a lot of updating. I would feel really bad putting anyone in that room because it was quite depressing and needs a lot of updating and cleaning. The insides of all the buildings were clean. The yards were very nice but .? the little patio where you would sit was full of spiderweb bird poop. The air conditioning units really need the outside to be cleaned. Maybe we got there before all of their spring cleaning was completed. Once they complete that I would give the place a little better review.

The property was spacious and scenic. Our kids played arcade games and enjoyed 2 of the 6 pools. One pool was closed. We also zip lined and did the tree ventures in which we climbed from one tree to the next. The sauna was nice too. We gave the master bedroom to my parents so they wouldn’t climb up and down the stairs with their limited mobility issues. They enjoyed being on the first level.

There were some cracks on steps and one of the bedding appeared dingy. We did see a black bear 3x near our villa but what do you expect when you’re in their territory. Kids wish arcade room was bigger. I would say there is a danger in the Fairway Villas’ pool area as one is driving on the road at the pool there is no barrier (other than wide rocks) that would prevent a vehicle (if lost control) from going into the pool. That poses a real danger and should be addressed as the road sits high up and the pool area is below. I also wished our back porch had fencing or a gate around instead of steps that just lead straight out to the trees.

The Villa was clean, comfortable, and very nice for our family of 4. My daughter loved the loft space with the twin beds. It was spacious and we enjoyed our time in the Villa. The pool on the other side of the property was where my son was the majority of the trip. It was clean. The ropes course was so fun and the staff, all of them, were very kind. We needed some extra blankets and another pan to cook dinner. It was sent to us in a timely manner. Will come back.

The indoor pool nearest our villa was not clean. The water was cloudy and looked like the filter was not working properly. It was gross.

I’ve visited several times and it’s always quiet and clean, which I really appreciate. The staff are all very friendly, and I love that there are multiple pools to enjoy. It’s also great that adults can play golf early in the morning. 👍

I would appreciate it if there were a large mirror in the room. The current setup is inconvenient for doing makeup, and the bathroom does not have enough space to place cosmetic items, which makes it difficult. Also, I noticed that some guests were drinking alcohol at the swimming pool. They were intoxicated, yelling loudly, and behaving inappropriately, but no staff intervened. There were children present, and it was quite uncomfortable and concerning to see such behavior in a shared space. I hope the hotel staff can manage these situations more actively in the future for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Based on some reviews we thought this accommodation would be a bit tired and dated, but it wasn't! We were allocated an apartment recently redone to a lovely standard. Check in staff were lovely and when we were missing a towel, they remedied this quickly. There are a lot of activities in the area if you have a car, although the activities with Exploria tend to be on the more expensive side. We did a horse riding trail with a company about half an hour away and loved it.

There's not a lot in the surrounding area. Nice restaurants etc are hard to find but the apartment had ample cooking utensils. Our apartment wasn't serviced, although we were only there for 2 nights and are not sure whether this was something that could be requested or whether they don't do this.

The staff was very attentive. The villas are huge spacious rooms and super clean with everything thing you need from home except food and drinks.

Free Coffee should of been provided in rooms! The pools were super cold. The activity fees to do things were extremely over priced. 5.00 a wooden egg that washed or rubbed off all 4 egg b4 we arrived home. Also a hr for a sip and pain̈t class with water based paint with no sealer is like paying 20.00 for a 1.00 wine glass. Let's get get into the disgusting paint brushes. We went off site to buy our own. Free amenities like mini golf always over crowded never got to play. Alot of things were highly over priced or not included for a 4 yr old. It wasnt a hotel. It was a time share. Totally different than expected
