I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast in the morning, it was really great. I loved the fact that you had a choice. It was hot. The omelets were really great. A service service for right. The servers were very patient when the things. I loved was the fact that I requested an extra bed. And it wasn't available and they were able to upgrade me to a tomb bedroom. The only issue I find was in the 2 bedroom meals very spacious. The bathroom was very small and the shower was like a 4 / 4 cubicle. No room to move, not even 4 / 4. Probably a 3 / 33 / 4 somewhere around here, but it's very small.

It was peaceful and felt secluded. The layout of the cottages and buildings provided a sense of privacy for each guest.

I was excited about the hot breakfast that was included in the price of our stay. Then I was a little disappointed when my omelet was made with egg beaters and had no flavor. I also did not like how each party of guests was seated at tables directly next to each other so it was almost like a community breakfast which I was not expecting. Especially since it was heald in a dining room with more than enough tables to give each party their own space to enjoy the meal with the people they came to spend time with. I feel it is important to note that these two tiny disappointments didn’t really matter overall. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and more than reasonable rates are enough to make me look forward to booking another stay there in the future.

Everything was great! I am a foodie big time and the buffet for dinner and brunch was by far the best food I have ever eaten. Absolutely Fantastic!

Only negative about the whole trip, the indoor pool has mold all over the wood especially when your in the pool and look up at the wood, it's around the window frames as well. My wife has some allergies going on since we left there, other than that absolutely beautiful and would love to go again.

Charm of the Inn, beautiful surroundings, small store to purchase drinks and snacks, able to purchase bakery items that were made by the Stroudsburg bakery nearby, incredibly nice staff.

In the the room, there was a non-functioning electrical outlet that appeared to be intentionally disabled. Unfortunately, it was in the most convenient location in the room. Suggest covering it with a flat plate. Had to search around for another outlet and found one behind the dresser. There was also one in the bathroom.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and the staff treated you like family. The room was comfy and felt like home. We enjoyed walking at night. Very quiet. Sitting on the porch was so peaceful We would love to come back again!

The dehumidifier in the room was necessary, but had to be emptied twice within 12 hours and VERY NOISY. White noise can be relaxing, this one sounded more like a running motor. Suggestions Pool hours should be extended to 10 or 11p for guests. Lighting could be improved outside at night. Lightening has more of a romantic feel than safety for walking the roads to cabin, etc.

I really liked the bungalow privacy and porch!

I think the room could use more balanced lighting throughout the room. I would suggest a floor lamp next to the bed as the bed only had one lamp on one side of the bed. Plus I think the lamps could use a 3 way light bulb to dim or brighten the room. Otherwise I loved the room.

The staff were fantastic as was the breakfast. Got there too late to enjoy the pool but it looked great. The grounds are very nice.

The bed in room eight was a little hard. I didn't see any individual controls in the room to control the heat. It was a tad on the warm side but overall it was a very nice place

Beautiful old style resort with lots of charm. Excellent restaurant, very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Excellent continental breakfast, great bakery and lovely old bar with a terrific fireplace with a large sitting room and lobby area. Also know as a great wedding venue.

The rooms are older, not modern, but very clean and have an antique charm. Not everyone’s idea of todays resorts or hotels but lots of old world charm.

Beautiful property, a comfy room, quiet and private … a delicious breakfast served at your table in the morning by the delightful Debbie! Then a mile walk through woods with areas for birds and butterflies. It was absolutely perfect.

Nothing struck a bad chord!

I really liked the location it looks like a Swiss-style gem in the Poconos. It looks pristine and historical at the same time and it’s super clean

I didn’t like the breakfast so much! It is called continental breakfast but it wasn’t a continental breakfast at all! Just muffins, fresh fruit ,one type of cake, cereal, coffee and hot water ! No bread, no savoury options , no eggs .
