Love the location. Checked in and checked out process were great. Very friendly staff. In the middle of all the actions. Nearby great restaurants, short walking distance to Sherman Hall. Very comfortable beds, nice strong hot showers. Have a waffle station to make your own waffles.

Hallways carpet could be cleaner. Pillows were so soft and so small. Quite noisy since our room was located next to the Main Street. Wish breakfast had more hot items and more protein. More storage area for longer stay and more hooks in the bathroom such as behind the bathroom doors and so on.

The location of the hotel in downtown Stroudsberg was perfect - we got to listen to a Thursday summer night concert series in the park next door. The front deskperson was delightful and she recommended a wonderful restaurant called Farmhouse around the corner. Hotel was nothing fancy on the outside but clean and comfortable on the inside, with very updated rooms.

Staff needed to monitor the breakfast bar more frequently. The coffee drinkers ran out of milk and there was no one there to ask to replenish it.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown near lots of bars, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. Our room was clean, and the staff was friendly and quick to address our toilet issue. Adequate and clean fitness center.

Not a deal breaker by any means, but breakfast was coffee/tea and simple carbs (bagels, toast, pastries, cereal). I would prefer a little protein, like some hard boiled eggs at least, but what they offer is better than nothing. The breakfast room was large and clean with a restroom, attentive staff and flat screens, which was a bonus.

Helpful personnel...all relevant info listed on a board at arrival...decent gym...nice and up to date bedroom/bathrooms/ great location close to Saturday Market, Thursday night music event outdoors, restaurants and still close to motorway but not too close!

Breakfast room was ok...kind of in line with the new low-level "standard" found at hotels. I disliked the blaring TVs...too loud to sit and talk during breakfast.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating- the birthday card and truffles for my mom for her birthday were super cute, too.

Vending machines were super limited- 4th fl weren’t in working order/stocked (not sure if mgmt decision or broken) and only snack machine took cards, & unfortunately, cash isn’t default anymore really. i had to doordash at like 3am lol oh & please put in some extendable vanity mirrors for the short folk!

Everything. Extremely clean and comfortable, great bed and spacious room. Amazing services. Central location. We were first greeted by delightful Lydia, who was helpful throughout. Then we had a personal tech glitche, which caused us great concern - Keyur, the manager, resolved our problem with his resourcefulness. Most grateful. And our stay continued with these same high standards.

It was good value for price and the location.

Our room was facing a very loud pub with outdoor seating. Cops were there at 3:40 am and kept us up all night!!! Very loud talking and carrying on in the middle of the night. It was unbearable! Additionally, there was a PREWEDDING PARTY that was extremely loud at 9 pm slamming doors, very loud music right next door to us! I complained to front desk and immediately they moved them to the breakfast room. I wish they would have moved us to a quiet zone.

Love that we were offered a continental breakfast, it was enough to get you started for the day. Plenty of microwaves for you to use as you want. I would have liked the breakfast to be available at least until 10am+ so that I didn't have to wake up so early. The staff was very nice and the hotel was neat. Free coffee/tea and hot chocolate all day. Some fruits available throughout the day. We walked the avenue a few times, enjoyed having foods at many of their restaurants. One nite they had a live band by the hotel. Every month they have different activities for entertainment. My favorite restaurant so far was the simplest one, "The Cure" it has a very extensive menu at a very reasonable price. Their poached eggs are "perfection achieved" loved them. And "La Taqueria and Del Tacos" were good too. I also found the best Tres Leche Cake that I have had in a very long time at many Mexican restaurants there but my favorite was at Del Tacos for $5.99 you get a big piece enough to share with a few people. I bought 3 cakes to bring back home. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my visit to Stroudsburg, enough to do it again in a few years. We wanted a place to relax, low stress without us rushing to do anything and we got what we wanted. Fyi, walk a few blocks an you'll find a CVS, McDonald's, KentuckyFC, Wawa, a Convenience Store, a City Pool etc all nearby if you don't mind walking. We love to walk, we are New Yorkers LOL, or get an Uber or the bus in front of the hotel for a few bucks. Seniors 65yrs+ ride the bus for free.

No major COMPLAINTS at all. The Only thing that I WISH it had was a small swimming pool. And for the breakfast to end after 10am, as of now it ends at 9am....

We both had bagels and coffee for breakfast. Large fresh bagels and good coffee. Excellent location for the breakfast room overlooking Main Street. Breakfast area large, open, and clean. Location of hotel in center of town outstanding. We were able to walk to book store, clothing, candy, and sports stores. We walked around early morning and at night. Felt very safe. We had dinner and drinks at two of the local places; Floods and Bovino. Bovino being our favorite, but both top notch. Night of downtown concert, the downtown was electric. If you like a city scene you are staying at the right place.

Parking area is very tight and somewhat limited. First night very open. Second night where there was a local concert and a wedding party was staying on-site the lot was packed tight and very hard to navigate. A parking pass must be obtained at check-in with threats of towing if pass not observable. We try not to be disrespectful of housekeeping staff so when we leave for day we organize and more or less put everything away. We returned from hiking around 5 to find the room not made up. We can make do so went to dinner. Returned around 7 to find room now made up. We hadn’t re-organized room when leaving for dinner as we assumed we weren’t getting service so room not a 100% because our stuff was in the way, but also didn’t get full towel compliment.

Location was good, however the parking wasn’t so great. For a hotel that size, it needs more space.

There wasn’t enough parking. Breakfast was appreciated, however again, not enough space to accommodate regular guests in addition to a wedding party. Maybe the wedding party could have had a separate space to gather so they didn’t take up all the tables that were available. We all paid to be there…unfortunately we had to grab something and take it back to the room.
