We loved the convenience to the attractions in the area. We liked that our place had two bedrooms and two baths and very nice comfortable recliners in the living room! Loved having wifi and kitchen appliances to use as well as most items in cupboards and drawers to use. We loved the cozy upstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as the bedroom with all the windows too. Well water was very good and outside backpack, grill and campsite was perfect with the view of the little lake. The owners brought us some firewood we requested along with cardboard to start it with, we were so impressed and thankful. We loved the paddle boats, the mini golf and volleyball court, unfortunately the pool wasn't open yet, since it was before Memorial day, but that is a nice looking pool there!. We were all 4 very comfortable here and enjoyed it very much! We'd definatly come back again! The price was right between the 4 of us!!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the wood seam placed in between the living room and the hallway heading out towards the downstairs bath, doorway and bedroom. I tripped a couple times just walking through that area! The others had difficulty at times too. So, please replace a flat board there that is more level to make it flatter and less of a trip hazard. Also, you need more bowls and the upstairs bath fan doesn't work. All in all, everything was very nice🥰🤗😚

The cottage was so cute and just what we were looking for. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, a BBQ lunch on the charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter), and played mini golf. The mini golf is small but a quick fun activity. Hiram was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone we met there was friendly and social.

My only "issue" and it's because I have thick long hair is that there was no water pressure and it took quite some time to get shampoo/conditioner out. This is more of a "be prepared" than a deterrent and certainly will not stop me from returning!

I loved having all the activities in our place so we don't have to drive anywhere and actually relax. We played in the pool, the stream, hiked up the stream, used the playground, and the mini golf. My kids loved it.

Could have used some more things in the house, like tissues, coffee, oil, baking sheet. But we were ok without it otherwise.

I really enjoy the little cozy cottage we were at, I like to go to Coolbaugh in any winter holiday or for short vacays so I go to different locations in the Poconos Mountains and I think this was the one I enjoyed the most and made me feel like I was at home they even decorate for the season really enoyable times.

This was a very nice get away for a couple of friends to get some relaxation. The grounds were nicely kept and the pool was very inviting.

Unfortunately the couch has a bad dog odor. My friend couldn't sleep on it, we had to share the bed.

I loved that there were only a couple cottages there, so it wasn’t loud or too busy with people. Allison was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay there amazing!!!

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but everything else made up for that minor detail.

The stay here was very comfortable and welcoming. Provided many amenities that were useful and hope to book a reservation in the future

We spent a comfortable night there. Maybe we will come back when its wormer and amenities are not shut down, It was a quiet night in the woods

Fire wood could be provided. Linens could be provided. I was satisfied.

Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and respectful.
