I liked that it right off of route 80. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the water was nice and hot. The room had good lighting and the a/c unit was easy to use and worked well. I also liked that it was quiet. There were no disturbances. The front desk workers were very helpful in offering places to eat and quickly accommodated us due to a problem we encountered. Having a Dunkin donuts next door was a plus.

We just had one issue on the first night, the bedframe collapsed which caused the mattress to sink in when we laid down to sleep .Turns out that a bolt was missing from one leg that supports the frame and was on the floor and there was a second leg that also had a bolt loose. We called the front desk and was told maintenance was not available at that time of the evening, however they apologized and put us in a different room. We very much appreciated that. Also, the mattresses were a bit too firm We're 60 year olds and our bodies were a bit sore after waking up.

The check-in/out process was very easy. Access to the rooms as well. We loved having 2 connecting rooms which made it easier with the kids. The location is perfect for Camelback resort, only 20 minutes drive on a nice road. The Dunkin Donuts next doors was very convenient and we found other nice restaurants nearby.

There was a smell of cigarettes in one of the rooms, but they came over to apply some freshener which mostly solved the issue. Also - the swimming pool was really cold - none of us managed to stay in more than a few minutes. We were looking forward to that after a day of ski.

Good facility, clean and staff was very friendly!! The hot tub was nice and clean though. Breakfast was great with every choice under the sun!

The pool was the only reason it wasn’t a 10; the pool was foggy and kind of weird. Was hoping for a clean and clear pool.

Large quiet room, very comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, excellent shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and non-skid tub floor), good vanity space around the sink, lots of lights and electrical outlets, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Mary at the front desk was super!!

Everything was great. We would definitely return and we highly recommend this property to other travelers.

I liked the bar, inside the hotel, which was the extra, I paid at the hotel.

I wish there was an elevator to get to the 2nd floor, instead of having to haul luggage up the stairs.

The room was large and the bed was nice. I was able to walk to a BBQ restaurant and the hotel staffed a lounge. Plenty of parking near my entrance.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included or available, other than an adjacent Dunkin Donuts.

The staff and location was perfect!! The person who checked us in was very kind and helpful. His name was Sam. He even fixed the issues we had with our TV which was so great since all we wanted to do one night was stay in. We even found Sam at the bar later on one night bartending - we enjoyed the company and drinks. We appreciate Sam for being such a helpful hand, because that is the main reason our stay was so exceptional. Without his help - our stay would not have been so smooth. Thank you Sam!!!! We will be back because of you.

Pillows could have been bigger.

The lady in the front desk was great, she seen how upset I was from visiting another hotel in town and she make sure my son and I had a great stay, god bless her , we need more people like her

The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent--close to some great restaurants, very near lots of hiking.

This place just needs a little updating and a paint job. Otherwise, it is a very convenient place to stay.
