Loved the property. Friendly staff and nice size room. The king suite was perfect for my family of 5 loved the bunk beds.

Didn’t have a coffee machine in the room. The thermostat was difficult to control. Room was freezing. Parking isn’t included with the stay. It’s already expensive and yet they still charge to park. On top of that I self parked and they charged me for valet. When I mentioned it I guess they couldn’t take my word for it even seeing I had my keys in my hand and all. Had me wait a while for them to confirm with the valet staff that I did not use their service. I was pretty annoyed. All that just to give back $30 that I was wrongfully charged.

The rooms were upgraded, nice & clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food at Trails End was delicious!

It would have been great if the attractions stayed open past 9 pm. We thought everything closed early for it to be a resort.

I loved the indoor waterpark and the friendliness of the staff. Also like the hotel in general. Also loved Berrelli's restaurant and the mountain coaster and zipline.

Didn't like that the vanity was outside of the bathroom. Also thought the food and beverage prices were over expensive. Also ended up leaving the Trail Ends restaurant as it was cold and did not like the lighting.

The front desk associate was very helpful and worked with me to get a room close to my daughter and grandkids. Her name was CiCi and she deserves a big thank you for such great customer service. I tried for months to get our rooms close together but no one on the phone was able to help us. CiCi understood my circumstance and did what she could to help me.

The cafeteria did not have any prices on the food. You had no idea of the cost. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tenders were cold and not cooked all the way through. The french fries were so cold and terrible that both my grandsons would not eat them. (kids not eating french fries !!!) The pizza the next day tasted like frozen boxed pizza. Again, the kids would not eat the food. I am sure if the food trucks were open their food would be more tasteful.

Got a good deal on a balcony room two weeks prior to us coming... Our first night, they quickly moved us to a different room when we complained about excessive noise above us at 12:30am (quiet time is 11pm-7am)

We have stayed at Camelback a few times before (pre covid) and it was our 3rd time eating at Trail's End Restaurant. Still hasn't wow'd us, even 5 years later. It isn't worth the price for food and service. The pizza at the waterpark was better than the food we got at the restaurant... Also, the prices for everything is insane. I understand it may be inflation but the buffet breakfast was $60 for 2 people. Ended up getting breakfast sandwiches at the grocery store for the next morning.

Activities to keep kids busy and comfort level. We enjoyed Aquatopia.

Having to pay a parking fee when you are staying at a resort is a ridiculous added expense. Also because we had to pay extra for camelbeach on top of the indoor activities, we didn't go. It's unfortunate when you go to a family resort and are faced with a bunch of added fees in times that are financially rough. We had to choose wisely what we did while visiting. In Aquatopia, we did experience the staff having to close the pool for a brief time because of "accidents" only to find out that it just cleans itself out, recirculates and then people can go back in. It just seemed a bit unsanitary. Dining options were also a bit limited in terms of breakfast options. Overall though, we had a fun vacation!

Location, pools and activities for kids, buffet

Booking.com doesn't give you the option of including breakfast, lunch or dinner to your reservation. The hotel website has the option and is cheaper. We had to book breakfast , lunch and dinner at the lobby for a higher price.. we didn't want the hassel to we just included it and paid for it in our checkout bill. But it would have been a much greater trip price wise. I would have love to make this an all-inclusive deal .

Como back is going back to a place where I can relax where my son can enjoy his stay and where I can feel safe and comfortable. I love the pool. I love Worker was from day one until the day that we left that it was my son’s birthday Gift and upgraded our room!

The only thing that I did not like was that I was not informed before arriving that the pool was going to be closed on Sunday for maintenance. The hotel provided the guest with the option of choosing a discount for a future stay or credits for the arcade and of course I choose the credit because I already have my next STATE booked.

Great property, well taken care of. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Clean room and common areas. Good food. Entertainment options for all ages. Our room was close to the arcade/entrance to water park but we did not experience any noise. We used aquatopia the first day and did a couple of the mountain adventures (1000 zip line and mountain coaster) the second day. The water park was more crowded than we thought it would be for a weekend in the Fall but it was all ok. We will be back for the ski season.
