Pool, gym, shower, location, quiet

Poor wifi. Room quite cramped. Some staff a bit rude, others very nice

Nice hotel located right off the BTS, nice little pool but doesn't get much sun so it's always a little cold, rooms were nice, very clean, nice staff. 7/11 around the corner.

The location is right near the BTS but that's about it, you can walk 10 minutes to Ari to grab food or you have to get on the BTS, I think I'd stay off another stop next time just so its easier to go out and grab food when you don't feel like taking the train.

The receptionists were just very polite and always willing to help. They were pretty fluent in English, and that was just perfect! The cleaning lady brightened my day every day with her cute smile. Keep up that awesome smile! Food in the restaurant was very yummy and at a really fair price. The in-house coffee shop has got great coffee. Very good water pressure in the bathroom, and the water remains at a constant temperature once set.

The bathroom was not sufficiently bright. Plus the toilet was positioned in such a small corner that it felt weird each time i had to use it. Am a pretty small guy and found it very stretched, so i ask myself how would a 1m80 dude sit and do its "nature call" there. The smoking area was just next to the bins..., I guess they could have arranged for a nice set-up for smokers,. But other than that it was great

I had a very comfortable and convenient stay. - The room is fully equipped, comfy bed. - The maids are caring, efficient and polite. - The front staffs are very helpful and friendly. - Location is just a short commute on skytrain (BTS) to the centre of Bangkok, close to convenient store - Cafe at downstair lobby is great (good coffee & good price). - There are a lot of local food stores around that you can order through delivery platform for cheap fee. I would recommend to people around or go back again.

The drain in the shower area was slow to let water out.

Staff were lovely. Great location for the BTS which made it easy to travel into city. Also a 7-11 nearby. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby to start your day with. My negatives are that there is wear and tear/stains in rooms which may need touching up. I also thought there would be a wide-ranging breakfast buffet but this was very limited in the attached restaurant (which is not part of the hotel itself). Fruit, cereal, toast. No cooked items. As a celiac this was very limiting for me compared to other places I’ve stayed in Thailand and I had to go elsewhere each day. I was comfortable here but not blown away.

Big comfortable bed, Shower head has lots of water coming down! quiet enough to sleep well because located in a business district. Cafe to buy fresh coffee is on first floor. Easy walk to thai massage and western style food. 7/11 very close.

Interior is a little dated. Room is small for two people. Not much space if you have a lot of luggage or want to hang inside all day.

The staff are really nice and helpful. They all speak English, which is a big plus. The room service staff are super nice as well. The in-house restaurant has excellent food at decent prices and the hotel is located very close to a lot of great local street food places. The room we stayed in had a really comfortable bed and was clean and cozy.

The room was a little bit smaller than expected, but that's a minor complaint. However, the bathroom, while really nice, was a little tight on space when you need to do your "business".

The cafe at the foyer makes great coffee, my go to every day. The water of the small pool is not so cold and the small gym has everything I need. The staff and the housekeeping ladies are nice and friendly. 5 minute walk from the bts station, which conveniently leads

The choice of the bathroom tap is not quite right as water runs on the edge of the sink, which causes lots of splashes around the vanity when you wash your hands. It’s true there aren’t many options for dining in this area but Grab delivery is handy. Wifi drops out from time to time.

The receptionist staff are very friendly and cheerful. The room is clean and neat , and even the room cleaner is also very polite and friendly they will greet you every morning. I especially must thank Cat for helping me translate in English as I got buy items from Smith & Friends and abit confused about the quantity that is stated in the receipt in Thai words.

I'm enjoy their Smith & Friends cafe drinks , a barista still will remember some drinks that I prefer to go without sugar.. They will always give you a cheerful face, especially a staff Win will give you a kind of feeling, which will brighter your day look.

Great stay. Location was fab, could walk easily to spots in Ari and so close to Sanam Pao MRT station on the green line. Room was clean and comfortable, only complaint is the pillows were thin and there was only one each. Otherwise lovely place and would stay again.
