Communication with the host was great! she was lovely and super helpful. The house is huge, divided in 2: her home and the hotel/apartment part with several rooms. It feels very homey, because there is a common terrace, breakfast area and garden with pool. You can bring your own breakfast or the host provides something in the room. Every room has a small fridge, which allowed us to store milk and others. Parking on site is not a problem, supermarkets 4min drive away and 10min walk to the lake, where there are nice restaurants. 15walk away is the harbor where the boat to Sirmione. I'd definitely stay there again!

location, being close to a farm you get to see agricultural maschines, dogs, chickens, there is a pool, hot tub. Host is very helpful and polite. The only reason I wont stay again is because is too expensive for what it offeres.

-the little fridge is not much of a use, host was kind to allow us to use their fridge. - room is very very small - quite expensive for what it offers, sorry but the advertised breakfast I could not call that breakfast, having travelled in over 27 countries is first time I am offered a breakfast that I can not call it that - host should update pictures on the website, I would call this missleading, all the rooms should have pictures and the outdated ones should be removed. - place looks having a decent space, however if there were to be there 5 families that ocupies all the rooms than genuinly it will be very crowded.

We loved our stay at the Art Gallery B&B. Our room was beautiful, well appointed and spotless; we particularly liked the spacious and nicely decorated bathroom. The addition of a mini-fridge, breakfast snacks and coffee-machine was also very nice. The location is easy to get to via bus from Desenzano, checking in and out was easy, and the ferry from Padenghe in the morning allows you to explore other towns around the lake. All of this and more was helpfully explained in a book with local restaurant recommendations and general information provided in our room.

The host is extremely helpful and responsive. The place is very cosy and well equipped. There were free snacks in the room along with coffee machine. There’s a beautiful terrace at the rooftop.

Nothing related to the property itself although The location is 5 min walk from bus station, however transportation in this city is generally hard and uber has no availability so it’s better to rent a car or arrange with a taxi early ahead of your trip time.

We were very happy with Art Gallery: spotless clean and everything in working condition, Noemi is very friendly and attentive host. There are such a good vibes in the house: original paintings impressionism style, nice details and books everywhere. Breakfast is really plentiful for Italia: fresh cooked, secluded terrace, cheesecake dessert is to die for! All in all - all is prepared for your stay with heart and soul. Best way to support local small business and meet nice people. The only important notice - have a car to enjoy the place.

Perfect escape from the very hot weather. We loved the pool, and the lovely outdoors areas in the rural environment . We also lived the art, the kitchen facilities and the snakes the host kindly provided

We liked that it was close to Lake Garda and swimming at the property and in the lake, but found the attitude of one restaurant in blocking access to and from the lake a bit unfriendly

What an amazing place! As an art lover and especially post-impressionism (big admirer of Van Gogh, Gauguin, Cezanne), I was thrilled to stay for 2 days at this beautiful B&B, where the father of our host (who should definitely become famous) has his beautiful paintings exposed on all the walls. Such beautiful art! We stayed in Maestri room, being accompanied by the most famous painters :) Besides this, the smile and openness of our hosts was extraordinary, the breakfast was very diverse and absolutely delicious (taken in a colored garden), there is a big yard with a playground, pool and relaxation area, lot of green, lots of flowers. Very quiet area, close to restaurants and a beach on Lake Garda. Simply amazing, I could have stayed there a lot more. Big thanks for the lovely stay, dear Noemi!

Great place - there is parking, there is a spacious room, you can warm up food in the kitchen if you need it. Terrace. View of nature. Silence.

If you are a light sleeper, you will hear the sounds of agricultural activity and barking dogs.

The hostess of the house was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful. What was so nice was, that we could sit outside and enjoy the morning quiet having breakfast. It was a great blessing to have air conditioning, as it was 37.5 degrees Celsius when we arrived. It was very easy to walk to the seaside and have a lovely dinner in the evening. We will gladly come again to visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed the farm setting with dogs, roosters crowing and farm equipment running. We didn’t use the pool but it was being enjoyed by many. We also enjoyed the two rooms that were close and we had a private outside area that we would enjoy with our friends. Naomi was super friendly and helpful!!!😀

We enjoyed the home very much. But make sure when you book you have the correct amount of guests in each room or you will be charged an extra $20 per person.
