It's location not too far from city center of Jakarta (Monas / National Monument) and Thamrin Street and reachable using busway or taxi. The male receptionist staff with eyeglasses was very friendly. Housekeeping staff were very helpful delivering our needs like additional towel, toothpaste, and ironing desk. Its gym is quite spacious and has many tools. the pool has floating beds.

No elevator from basement/parking floor to lobby floor. Only stairway.

Cleanliness is good. Internet is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is good. There is a small mall opposite but need to use the overhead bridge to cross over. Due to construction it is a bit inconvenient to walk around. If planning to go to the Ancol area, this is a good hotel. The bed is one of the best I have slept in. The bath towels are great.

Stayed in Superior Suite. The toilet doors did not have a lock. The water pressure was kind of bad, esp. the water spray at the toilet bowel (both toilets). The cupboard doors need oiling...very noisy when opening. Do not have many channels to watch. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly. The hot tub was not in operation. Going anywhere, do not take the taxis waiting at the drop off point. The drivers are not honest. Please take a grab.

The rooms were very big and clean, the beds super comfortable. And it was great to be able to visit the Candra Naya residence so easily, it is the residence of my ancestors, the Khouw and Phoa families.

The shower only had cold water, no matter which way we turned the faucet.

The staff were very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The chefs prepared complimentary dishes for us at breakfast which was amazing!

The only downside was the pool was sort of the smoking area for guests.

I booked 2 nights - 15 Jun 2023 and 17 Jun 2023. 15 Jun - 2105 room number is good. 17 Jun - 2112 - room is not good, please don't take if you read this comment. 2112 room - Sink stopper is spoiled, called reception and couldn't fix. Also, door handle in the toilet was broken, overall previous guests damaged this room. Hope it helps. Cheers.

The fact I got charged 730,000rupiah for laundry that cost at most 120,000 elsewhere ( which I did on 3 other occasions) they said they would refund me but still waiting

The bar was closing too soon but you can order some more drinks and stay at the bar to finish them after the closing time. The playground was unavailable.

Breakfast was superb..so many delicious choices..Mie Ayam live cooking was excelent as well as nasi liwet corner..also the order from room service (Nasi Goreng Kambing) was so nice. thank you for Chef Adik and Mr. Hasan…the service from staffs was excellent
