Location, price and amenities available

Indoor pool open but had issues with heater so it was supper cold, I know it lasted at least a couple of weeks because we stayed there twice within a couple weeks time. Also the breakfast was an issue as it seemed no one was working to keep the food and supplies stocked

The room was large, there was a refrigerator in the room, and the beds were comfortable. There is an indoor pool, which the kids loved. It is very small though, and may only be good for a few people at a time. The location is good.

The room was listed as a King room, but stated it had 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. This isn't the case if you book the king room. If you need two beds, you need to call or message the hotel to ensure that is what you are booking. Thankfully, they had a room with 2 beds available for us.

Staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful. I loved that all the rooms opened to inside of the lobby. Great location with many places to choose from to eat.

The pool!! It was opened and we were all VERY excited to go swimming. I had to go out and buy a swim suite as I forgot mine. However when we got down to the pool, we were very disappointed. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months which this did surprised me seeing how the rest of the hotel was clean. I did notice every time I walked by thy lobby, the night staff was sitting around doing nothing but being on their phone. The water had a green tint to it and there was so much black build up on the sides of the pool that someone wrote their name in it. That's how bad it was. We walked into the pool, never went under and walked ou! It was also very cold for being a heated pool.

The rooms were very nice. They were clean and comfortable.

When we arrived at the hotel extremely exhausted after a long 11 hour drive, we found out they did not have our reservations. I provided my ID along with the reservation confirmation and the staff still was not able to locate it. We had to wait for him to see if there was a room available. Checking in took much longer than we were initially expecting.

Elevator was out! Our room was in the 3rd floor. We are elderly so it was a burden

the fact that the place is mostly full of construction workers and we have to be at work at 7 am or earlier and part of the draw to this place is the breakfast but we never get to try it because the hotel doesn’t serve it till 6:30 so basically it’s a free breakfast for about four people. seems like you would want to make it available for the people that give you the constant business

The room was spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and with one. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were having a great visit. Breakfast was excellent.

The pool was closed because the heater was broken so we had to go over to the hotel next door.

nice and clean, close to other places we needed to go, the staff was pretty nice and helpful

it was pretty loud with lots of loud noises from pipes or something in the wall all night. the staff was pretty loud early in the morning as well as the sound echos bad in the building

The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing.

There was nothing about the hotel it self that I didn't like, but we did leave early due to a very rude and insulting guest.

Breakfast was great

Tub stopper didn't work and refrigerator was missing the bars on the door shelves to hold the drinks - Elevator window needed cleaning
