The venue was quite and rooms were specious,staff friendly and warm welcoming

Load shedding issues,would be better if they can atleast have back up lights,it wasn't a nice experience arriving in a unfamiliar place and you stay in the dark with kids

The smell of sewerage in the bathroom

I like the friendliness of the couple that ran the place, Irene and Nico. They lent us their fan and their own electronic massager, and most importantly, lent us their braai stand that was nearer to out room. They introduced us to their kids and introduced our dog to their dogs. Made sure the pool was clean, even of leaves that fell in just before. They respected that it was our honeymoon and gave us privacy when we needed. We had a lovely view of the beach. We had a kettle, bar fridge, tv and microwave in our room. They set up a table for us outside as we did not want out dog to disrupt the other guest while we had breakfast.

The nine hours of load shedding that we had for three nights of our four night stay! The staff was very accommodating in notifying us that there would be load shedding.

Not clear about these faces and their meaning.it was nice to be there.staff so friendly.and the price very reasonable as the breakfast also included

At least if there can be heaters in the rooms since it's winter now.plates in the kitchen so that if we have bring and share we use those plates

Breakfast was cooked according to our requirements. There was more than enough food and a variety of food each morning. We were experiencing power outages and the facility made provision for rechargable lights for those periods. There is also solar heated water for some of the rooms. Each room had its own microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee, sugar and creamer was readily available. The comfort of the guests was put first.

I (personally) found the beds a bit hard. Some of the family members with me were happy with the beds. Some fresh milk in the bedrooms would have been nicer than just coffee creamer

The friendly reception although it was a late booking. The managers both came to welcome us. Offering to help us with our luggage. The room was in excellent condition. The swimming pool was everyday cleaned and accessible anytime.

There is nothing that I did not like. I felt sorry for the managers who had to open the gate for a late booking. At 03h00 in the rain.

There wasn't enough toilet paper. 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. I had to ask for more. Other than that, everything was good.

The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were outstanding; the courtesy shown by everyone, from the owner to the staff, was remarkable. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Very tidy, child friendly and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need.Nice bathroom and comfortable beds the hosts were great and there whenever you need them. We had the great time.
