location was great. Zstaff at front office was good. but did not help me when asked.

room nvr got cleaned ask for extra garbage cans had a small garbage can. they gave me bags . after i asked them to clean room and nvr happened. also daughter found bugs in her room which I have not seen before. I had flys landing on me.

Superb. Very Clean and comfortable.

Some (not all) of the staff were rude (housekeeping and front desk guy at breakfast). Pool could use a good cleaning. Gym only had two treadmills, that’s it.

The phone didn't work. Even after midnight, people staying upstairs were fighting , screaming and bangig the door. We couldn't sleep at all , so we wanted to call the reception, but the phone was dead. This was unacceptable. Also the hotel still hasn't respond to my e-mail which was sent 2 weeks ago.

The location was nicely tucked away. Booking was easy and pleasantly completed.

I smelled a hint of smoke from a prior occupant. So I called the front desk to ensure that I wouldn't be charged for it. There was a receipt left on top of the fridge. But the room was nice. The front desk asked if i wanted a different room . But i declined. So I dint get worked up about it. I think the $100 deposit should be noted during online/mobile booking.

The property is conveniently located near the airport and offers a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, plates, utensils, and drinking cups. The room is spacious, clean, and fresh, featuring a comfortable bed with fresh beddings, a TV, lounge chair, writing table, and sofa bed. Breakfast is also provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even offering to assist if we found anything wrong. I e had a good night’s rest.

No shuttle service.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels the last few months and this one was the one I kept going back to

The hotel is relatively new! It has an apartment like feel with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area (including the bed). It was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable.

I didn't like that there were some hidden fees that were not expressed before booking. There was a $50 holding fee thart I was told was going to be released same day as checkout (which was not), and $10 parking fee per car per night.

The first day breakfast was disappointing, only sugary cereal and no real juice only fruit punch, 2 pieces of fresh fruit and sugary baked goods. The second day they're had a lot of real cereal, orange & apple juice, bagels, eggs and waffles. Also had fresh fruit, yogurt and baked goodies. Much better breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The room was clean but needed to be vacuumed better, there was confetti all over the rugs.

What I like about the hotel it is clean and neat. I don’t see why we have to pay for parking but it’s whatever you know $10. That’s good but still everything was perfect from the front desk into the maintenance guy that came and give me a lightbulb and the housekeeper who broke up towels.

I didn’t like the fact that the phones don’t work my heat didn’t work. I didn’t have a lightbulb in the refrigerator.

Breakfast was,nice and simple. Room was nice and spacious. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very quiet area.

Forgot to clean my room and they did, they forgot to clean out the tub. There was a guy who was not even a guest that came into the breakfast area and took all the cereal and left. Kinda unsettling. Had someone bang on my window at 2am but didn't see anyone. May want to have someone walk around the property every so often.
