The staff were all absolutely 1st class, I couldn’t have expected anything more, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome comfortable and basically at home here. Helping me out with some car issues and basically nothing is to much trouble. Jojo is one in a million and unbelievably welcoming up beat and accommodating. I came alone for the week over Christmas and I really have felt so unbelievably well taken care of at the diamond rock. The location is perfect, on the slope and near town, the design and finishing is immaculate beautiful and the atmosphere reflects the aesthetics. Refined and very relaxing and comfortable.The spa and gym facilities are fantastic, the perfect way to end a day on the mountain, stay on top of training and any recovery you need. ( or work off a few too many g and t’s before the day 😂) the room was beautifully designed and bed was perfect too. Just a big thank you to all the staff and week done too. See you again soon !

The hotel location is very good The facilities publicized that promote the hotel would suggest a 5 star rating.

Infotainment system is for the most part inoperable. Room service was none existent, 3 calls to room service for some sugar that should have already been made available. Soap dispensers not being topped up Carpets not being vacuumed. Room service demonstrated no set protocol. Room door being left open after cleaners had visited. Garage parking poorly managed. Restaurant for breakfast only in the last 2 mornings was I offered any alternative coffees or food to the buffy. When I requested cappuccino the first mornings it was served with (one) white sugar (not brown) and no teaspoon.

My child and I loved the bowling and games room, loved the French restaurant it had nice decor and predictably great fondue. We used the pool and steam room and rest beds every day and were all very well designed. Ski concierge was outstanding and they literally lay your skis out for you.

The main dining room is a bit “same same”, lacking a focal point or even more windows to focus on the daytime views. The breakfast bar was cramped and we were not in a high week / full occupancy. Also the spa area was a bit 2 in 2 out for the undersized sauna and hot tub. Lastly the airport transfer really let me down on the way back. Transferred in was great, on the way back the driver drove like and idiot then added on and extra 75 euros and wouldn’t let our bags out of the van unless we paid it!!!

Loved the decor throughout.the reception was warm and it was lovely to be given a guided tour around the facilities so we all knew where everything was located. The ski/boot room staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and super polite. We had a great time in the bowling alley. Living moss wall accents in the bar and elegant flower arrangement in the lobby added to the classy atmosphere.

We found the restaurant quite pricey - so we had to go out to eat for 50% of our stay. That said, the food in both restaurants was excellent and the breakfasts were superb.

Staff were fantastic - so attentive, accommodating and always greeted you with a smile. The food was delicious. The skis were placed on the piste every day and the staff in the ski store were exceptional.

The bed was two beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable at times. The outdoor hot tub wasn’t working. Parking at €25 a day is expensive and should be included.

Excellent service with a warm welcome. Amazingly comfortable and cosy both in the room and the lounge. The ski shop has you covered. The spa is great with the sauna, ice water bucket and outdoor hot tub. Chilling in the cinema is a great way to relax après après ski. They make an excellent Bloody Mary. Soaking in the massive bath after a long day on the slopes is the perfect way to unwind 😉

Loved everything

Location was excellent Staff were very welcoming Room decor and size were great and the bathroom was fabulous ans clean Most of all, the diptyque amenities are a special touch to refresh with. Breakfast offering very good.

Check out is late in my view at 4pm and the room still needed checking at 4.30 when requesting key. Spa not manned in a morning and as such sauna and steam not warmed and available in the morning for our stay. Outdoor jacuzzi needed attention - self removal of cover and no bubbles functioning. Breakfast appeared to clear earlier than advertised and no tables cleaned and reset at 9.45 after morning rush.

Superb service and experience in every detail. Best breakfast I’ve had it a long time. It’s lovely to see properly trained hospitality staff who genuinely care about providing exceptional guest service and know how to understand and anticipate guests’ expectations and needs before they know it. JoJo made the whole experience even better. Well done to you all.

Welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Quiet spacious Room with a view. Centrally located near restaurants and shopping. No waiting for an elevator.

The wellness center sauna, hammam and hot tub were too small. Hot tub only accommodates 4 people. When I was there, 2 teenage boys were fooling around, taking up all the space.The shower was glass out in the open.No privacy. One had to keep a bathing suit on. Very unhealthy in a sauna or steam bath where a towel should be used. Towels were thick but only 1 per person.

Staff were amazing

The other guests that stayed at this hotel were awful! Breakfast was a living nightmare, they were stuck up, rude to the staff, entitled and all british! Spoilt kids running around telling their parents that they didn't make them breakfast the way they liked it! People stood talking around the tables where people were eating, I was embarrassed to be British!
