The location was fantastic. A short walk to the main square and all the restaurants there. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and gave us several suggestions of things to do. The restaurant staff was also fabulous and cooked dinner for us even though the restaurant was closed to the public.

The only thing I would change was that there was a sensor activated light in our room that kept clicking on throughout the night. The room we were in had an entryway area and the bedrooms were right and left from the entry door. Since we have small kids we like to keep the doors open between the bedrooms so we can hear them and there was no way to turn off the sensor light. If you are ok with keeping the doors closed, it's not an issue.

Fun and quirky hotel. Very comfortable with accommodating personnel. Very comfortable bed, windows that open for fresh air (also good heating and A/C), satellite TV. I never knew I would want a mirror that leaned out from the top in the bathroom, but now I want one :) Caution for persons needing easy mobility. Lots of stairs to the breakfast room. We didn't have any problems, just noticed a potential issue. There is a lift, but still a few stairs to enter the breakfast room. I love the look of the hotel, the underground parking is almost ready, the outdoor parking was perfectly fine. Great location for several Polish pottery shopping options. Close by to other options. I would definitely come back. Reasonable rates.

Perhaps signage on the food on the breakfast buffet. I wasn't familiar with some of the foods and so perhaps wasted unnecessarily.

Everything about the hotel from David the owner all the staff especially Kamil ,the accommodation, the food was excellent and great value for money.. I can't fault this hotel in any way. They all made me soooo welcome and went over the odds to make everything to our needs.i hope to be there again soon.

There is nothing i didn't like in this hotel.

Price, location, availability and great welcome drink!! Refreshing and tasty after long drive. Very receptive host upon arrival. Breakfast has hot food options, nice variety and also tasty.

This is more of a nice to have than a complaint: 1. we had the largest suite, sleeps 6 and one bathroom. If the shower were separate from the toilet would be great for such a large suite or 2nd bathroom. 2. If traveling with large luggage or mobility concerns this would be a challenge accessing each time.

We didn’t get to stay in the pyramid itself as we got upgraded to an even better room on the new extension, which was wonderful. It is distinctive and the quality of the extension is superb.

There was some kind of automation for the water supply to the bathroom that meant it was switched off. But after leaving the bathroom just for a few seconds, it always came back on, so no trouble in the end.

Great hotel! It’s very close to pottery shops. The parking lot was great for our large SUV. We had a family room with a loft. The room was huge and perfect for our family of 6! The large sectional couch was great for relaxing after a day full of shopping. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. I would definitely recommend!

The reception area was closed at checkout time. We had a hard time finding someone to take our keys.

What a stay! We were on the way from the UK to Slovakia so we decided to spend a night in Poland, we booked a room in this place and we got literally a whole flat 😮 3 of us booked deluxe family room that can sleep 6 people...the place is huge, having the bathroom (very clean and spacious) outside the room in the corridor-now bare in mind the whole floor was ours. The place was spotless, very fresh and clean to the highest standard, i myself used to work as a housekeeper so i know when clean means really clean 😊 5* for the service, staff were very friendly. The place can be tricky because of the amount of doors and corridors but even me with no sense of direction had no problem finding what i was looking for. We are definitely coming back eventually because one night just wasn't enough to enjoy the comfort and luxury of this place.

Room was excellent as was bathroom. Comfortable bed. Staff great as usual. Big parking area. I had a private terrace with table and chairs. Quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Air conditioning lowest was 20 degrees. I like it cooler than this at night but this seems to be similar in a lot of hotels.

Nice hotel, really stands out in terms of design and general execution. High attention to detail, statues inside etc. Would be curious to learn how someone came up with this idea of the Pyramide and Sphynx.

Stayed just one night, nothing to complain about as everything was great.

Its quite a unique stay due to the building and themed interior in the corridors. Staff is friendly. Otherwise its quite average experience.

Elevator is half way only, lots of stairs to get to the top room. Keep in mind if you need to bring your items upstairs. Rooms are not really apartments as named in listing.
