Every service was beyond great : the personnel, the breakfast buffet... We didn't have the opportunity to test out the restaurant or the spa, but I'm willing to bet they're just as good. Also, the hotel is perfectely located : outside of town but still close, so you get quietness while remaining in range of the city. Plus, the hotel overlooks the interior see ; a magnificent vista.

If I have to be picky, I'd say some items were unfortunately lacking at reception: such as night masks for clients like me who forgot their own. But since the majority of hotels (even of a greater range) don't have any, it's not a deal-breaker.

Breakfast very modest in comparison with other places we recently visited. For duch price I would expect much greater selection of whatever. But the capucino from the owner was a real compliment. Aldo we were expecting view into the garden and instead we got s room eith a pation when we were looking at a wall. I would recommend to change photos at Booking as it is quite confusing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast and free parking. It's mainly used by business clients and, as you're outside Taranto, would recommend for those with their own transport or who don't mind a 20-30 minute walk. It also has a restaurant and, although we didn't eat in it, we assume it's very good as it was fully booked the night we were there.

The location was within easy driving distance to the old town area. The reception was cheerful and friendly and the restaurant personnel were extremely helpful and friendly accommodating our requests for evening meals as well as breakfast.

Like most hotels on our trip I really missed a kettle in the room.

Beautiful old hotel, nice grounds. We stayed at the Suite Verde very nice confortable , clean and spacious! Breakfast was ok we had better ones! Restaurant was closed !!!

The access to the hotel is through a very neglected and kind of scary isolated road that makes you think you are in the wrong place! Once you get there and inside the gates it has nice grounds and views from the City of Taranto Wished the Hotel did something about the access road.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top, servicewise and quality wise.

The rooms / suite would need a refresh. And be accessible with an elevator, even so the staff did immediately help with the suitcases.

Breakfast is not provided hot noodles, no French fries. But the fruit is very fresh! hot tea, coffee, mine water are provided.

No pool and location on outskirts of main area. The views across the water were great however and the distance made it very relaxing and peaceful

Good views from the ourside terrace of the restaurant across the harbour. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Room was fine - clean, sufficient space etc..

Location is awesome. The view on the Mare Piccolo and the cityscape is gorgeous. The restaurant his absolutely exceptional and the staff is really doing it's best to assit you.

There was definitely an issue with the bed of our room. We've notified the staff about it. It should be solved ASAP.
