Nice clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, hot water, nice breakfast included, nice gardan and seating I recommend this place

2 giant friendly dogs in the gardan will come to your table looking for food when you are having your dinner, i didnt like that because im scared of dogs, while my wife loves dogs and she was happy, so this really up to you to like or not to like. Stairway and hallway lighting open and close so quick in annoying way, i know they are saving cost on lighting but not the point to annoy their residents. Due to limited parking they have to park cars after others, so you have to leave car keys with the reception, it was kind of an issue for me because i had stuff in my car that i was worried about but i had no option. - we had 2 rooms that night, and both rooms had balcony door closes without key, so it can open from outside.

Great hotel with gorgeous views over the valley. Easy parking just out front and better than average Turkish breakfast.

The place was magical with a beautiful view, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, they washed our cloths they called us taxies, they answered all our questions. the place is new so it’s extremely clean. the garden is a beautiful place to stay and chill, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner so even if you don’t get to leave the hotel you’re all set with your meals.

the place is a little far so you need a taxi to go the center.

We stayed at Koru Butik Otel for eight nights. The facility and location are excellent, with a stunning view of Çoruh Valley. However, what stands out is the superb customer service. The owners of the hotel and all staff were amiable and attentive. They have gone above and beyond while hosting us. Overall, we had a memorable time in Artvin, and we like to recommend this fantastic hotel.

The location almost on top of Artvin is great. Nice garden terrace. The student from Turkmenistan safed some situations because she was nice and the only real English speaker in the staff. Food was good and the bed comfortable.

Without a navigation system not easy to find. Staff predominantly does not speak English. Hotel doesn't have an own parking area.

Location is good, you can view city from above. Amazing check-in, fast and no problem, we were met at the gates, got keys and proceed to our rooms - my fastest check-in ever! Breakfast was good, tasty, enough amount of food. Rooms are nice, fresh, hot water in the shower. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, smiling and kind.

liked everything about the place from good wifi, to comfy bed, great shower, beautiful deck over looking Artvin to good food. The best part of the stay was communicating with staff, very nice people, thank you.

not a dislike but Artvin situated on a steep hill if coming to Artvin from the north take the first right ( almost a switchback after the two short tunnels. this is the “ new road “ and takes you to the hotel in 5 minutes. if you take the second right into the middle of town it’s more like 15 very windy and chaotic streets to navigate.

Location is a bit out of the city center, if you want to go there you have to go by car/taxi. Bathroom was nice, but shower didn't work properly.

Very very hard to find. Navigaton address is incorrect. you have to follow signs with marks. for the first visit it’s difficult.

very good hotel, with the best location, cozy rooms , helfull staff, we had breakfast in the garden with amazing views on artvin, the breakfast was so tasty, and servents were very attentiv. strongly reccoemnr this place if you stay in artvin. excelent hotel.
