Coming from Batumi, looking for a little break from the city. This was really the perfect hotel. Firstly, it is simply a beautiful place. The pool is great, the views are amazing, it is a new building and very well cared for. Most importantly, every single person working there was polite and greeted me with a smile - even the ones who don't speak English. If I had any questions or requests, they came to help right away. I was extremely happy with this attention. Also, if you are working online, the WiFi works well - which is something you wont always get when you are out of the city. I will be happy to return especially in the summer.

cleanlines was the best thing and facilities were also great. nice location in the center. rooftop restaurant has nice views and delicious food. pool is also very clean and well taken care of. everything was perfect for my stay.

Upper restaurant is lacking of staff and services on restaurant could be improved as the hotel will have to benefit from this.

Hotel is new, rooms are clean & large, very close to the beach with great rooftop restaurant. WiFi is decent. Very nice place overall!

the view from the terrace on the 16th floor is magnificent, and the bartender is very friendly.

i booked 10 days with my family, we spent just 4 nights, we checked out without anyone realizing we were leaving or even asking us why. to start with, the breakfast was very basic and there wasn't even a coffee machine. - the indoor pool isn't heated and the water is very cold, so my children couldn't swim during our stay. - we had to call every time for someone to come and clean the room (and apparently this is a normal thing there). - tables are always reserved in advance at the hotel, even if there's no one there, you're told it's already reserved, with a tone bordering on rude - the wifi is very weak, and impossible to use for work, not to mention the noise, the shouting in the corridors and so on. In short, not even a 2-star hotel.

პერსონალი არის საშინელი, დაობებული პური იყო საუზმეზე და საშინელი საჭმელი. ჭურჭელი არ ქონდათ საკმარისი და ველოდებოდით როდის გაირეცხებოდა. პერსონალი იყო ცოტა. ვინტილაცია არ მუშაობდა და საშინელი სუნი იდგა მთელ სასტუმროში. თეთრეული და პირსახოცი არ მოგვიტანეს. ნომრებს არ ალაგებდნენ. საჭმელი საშინელი იყო და დიდხანს ველოდებოდით. პერსონალი არასდროს ზრუნავდა მომხმარებელზე. პარკინგზე ადგილი არ იყო. საერთო ჯამში საშინელი სასტუმროა The staff is terrible, the bread was stale for breakfast and the food was terrible. They didn't have enough dishes and we were waiting for them to be washed. The staff was few. The ventilation did not work and there was a terrible smell throughout the hotel. They did not bring us bed linen and towels. They did not clean rooms. The food was terrible and we waited a long time. The staff never cared about the customer. There was no space in the parking lot. Overall a terrible hotel
