We liked the reception for their warm welcoming and helping. To be honest, they were the stars of the resort. Moreover, the resort facilities were amazing along with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

Resort restaurant is very bad and they are not professional at all. They took our order and after 40 min we asked what happened to it and they informed us sorry the kitchen is closed!! We have been putting into bad situation since the time was 11:20PM and there is no near restaurant neat to the resort.

the way up to the hotel is narrow and many taxis avoid it once you are up at the hotel you dont have anything else to do except the hotel activities and what they have to offer had a hard time getting a taxi to go down and up but you do eventually get it so not a very big deal you will be far from City No early check in so dont get there before 3pm

I liked almost everything. This is a good hotel. But I felt uncomfortable because some people in the restaurant only said hello to my husband. But it’s like they don’t see me. Perhaps it is hatred or gender discrimination.

Please teach restaurant staff how to greet everyone. Whether you like the guest or not. Is he a woman or a man? It doesn't matter. In the bathroom, I would like better cleaning and more disinfection. The sink in our room was poorly cleaned. I noticed that after cleaning, they pour dirty water into the toilet. But then they don’t flush well and don’t clean the toilet. At first we were put in the wrong room, it was unpleasant that we had to talk about it. The administrator was not very upset, but I think he should be more attentive.

Situated at an amazing location on hill top this resort has magnificient views of Batumi on the right and Black Sea long shore line at the front and even Turkey can be seen on the left while facing the sea. Hotel staff was amazingly courteous, even though the front desk was busy still the male staff at the desk checked in nicely even helped with me the luggage which is really highly appreciated. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds, a big tv and nice bathrooms with high tech sanitory ware. The room was on 5th floor which had a huge terrace with infinity pool and swing chairs. A great view a great vibe its totally worth it. On the same floor there was a beatifully wooden decorated billiard and snooker room with a nice small cozy library in a corner. Restaurant was also good, it was both outdoor and indoor but the outdoor was a good choice in a light warm and cold mixed weather having wide selection of food. Their trout fish was fresh and tasty. There was a spa inside with indoor pool also kids play area and one dedicated chess board room with good furnishing. Breakfast was included in the stay and there was a wide variety of food to choose from. Different types of cheese were of excellent quality and taste. Restaurant staff was humble, energetic, courteous, quick and welcoming. Overall it was a great stay I would call it a best place in Batumi as per my experience.

The view on the balkony was amasing and lication was great . All employees were kind and hospitable, especially Sofia.

Despite the unique location of the hotel, the access route from Batumi city to the hotel was very far and the cost of a taxi was high. How nice it would be if the hotel had a shuttle for this purpose.
