Wyn Residences is a brand new hotel at a five minute drive from the airport and a ten minute drive from the city centre. It perfectly combines what you would expect from a very good hotel with apartment facilities such as a kitchenette, a washing machine, an extending sofa and a towel dryer. The hotel is at a 3 minute walk from the city beach and at a 5 minute walk from Batumi new park. Wyn Residences is exceptional from the value for money perspective. But by far the best thing about Wyn Residences is its friendly and professional staff.

A freshly built hotel with clean and well furnished rooms, and what's most important for me, without any moisture or mold smell which is a common problem in Batumi. It has everything you need for long stay, good WiFi, fridge, induction cooker, even washing machine. I liked the location very much despite it being pretty far away from the city center, it has the least crowded seaside and from some apartments in this building you can actually have a good view on the sea.

The cleaning schedule was a bit strange, they have started strong by cleaning almost every day, but after 1 week they didn't clean for days and before my checkout it has been 2 weeks without cleaning so I decided to do it myself in that period Anyway, be aware that you might need to clean your room yourself Also there was some kind of siren turning on sometimes and after that I've been sitting without electricity for some time, from half an hour to several hours.

brand new hotel.. still underconstruction but amazing well equipped rooms .. you have everything you would need in their room like in your house but with the taste of hotels ! most important they have immediate responses for rooms problem .. they are doing a lot of effort to keep their service great

The reception! There was only one guy (I forgot his name) and a girl named Miriam. Both spoke and understood basic English well, and they were always smiling, very helpful, and understanding. These two should be recognized for their excellent service!

We took Delux Studio and never regretted. The room is much more spacious than most of the standard hotel rooms. You'll find everything you need, starting from washing machine, including ironing board and iron. Everything is squeaky clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is also good if you like quiet districts without noisy attractions and restaurants around and they also have playgrounds for children. BUT soundproofing mentioned in description is real, noise from the streets will not disturb you.

The view on the lower floors is not that good, but it's nothing compared to the pluses this place has.

Location is noisy. Lots of construction around.Far from the old Batumi but very close to the airport. Not easy to go to the room as there are several buildings belong to the hotel so it was took some time to go through several doors and yards till you get your elevator.

This hotel was amazing! Location is good: near city center and Batumi Beach, rooms are clean. You are able to cook or make something for your dinner or lunch. We were provided a washing machine, iron with iron board, clothes dryer which are not common in most hotels. So it is highly recommended for families who prefer to cook meals on their own.

Internet speed should be improved. Also, there was a strange noise because of the wind when balcony door was closed.

Regarding the location of the hotel, room, furniture, equipment, breakfast, everything is very good. 👍👍 The hotel staff are good girls and boys, eager and with smiling faces 😍😍

What didn't I like?🤔🤔 Internet and television have to be solved and we couldn't figure out how to sort the numbers. nothing else like that.

Location was great on the end of Batumi near airport. Airport traffic didn't cause any disturbance. Great garage for the motorcycles.

Room was facing towards the hills. Smell from sewers were bad on the balcony.

everything. A lot of space. Everything you need is in a room. Hight quality equipment. Nice and very well done apartment. Very polite and respectful staff. Nice coffee shop downstairs. 10/10
