The view from the apartment is amazing. The pool is big and clean. There is a good variety of restaurants around. There is a supermarket nearby. The location of the apartment is close to the beach and park.

The cleanliness of the room and hallways can be better. It would be better to have more english speaking people at the reception to help in accommodating the needs of the visitors.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were spacious and met expectations, and the beds were very comfortable. The view was perfect, and both the regular pool and the large children's pool were excellent. The restaurants and supermarket on the ground floor were very convenient for all needs. While the location isn't in the city center, the area is starting to become lively, which is nice. I would definitely consider coming back

A few suggestions for improvement: The room cleaning service was inconsistent—some days they came, and other days they didn’t. It’s fine, but it would be helpful to communicate this in advance. Additionally, the balcony and the bathroom vent were quite dirty and should be cleaned regularly. We requested extra towels but didn’t receive them. In general, it might be a good idea to provide 2-3 extra towels beyond the number of guests if there’s no daily towel replacement service

Great location in Batumi, much better than the centre promenade, much quieter and civilised. Sea is just a stroll away. Good swimming pool in the complex, very friendly and dedicated staff at the reception. This is a complex of several blocks with apartments, not exactly a hotel setting, thus the ususal expectation from the standard hotel do not hold. If you need a particular thing - cleaning request, towels, anything extra - just ask as clearly as possible, politely (language can be a slight issue at times with different staff on the watch.) Breakfast is available at a fee from a restaurant on the ground floor, but there are seveal options available - 3 restaurants in the inner square, all very good. A fantastic shop - supermarket is open 24/7. There is a sizeable parking lot available near the buildings, but can happen to be occupied to its fullest.

The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly and more frequently, they do so once in 3 days.

Had only 1 bathrobe and 1 big towel for 2 guests when we arrived. A staff did not have enough of clean towels to give instead of used during room cleaning, so for 2 people we often had only 1 towel or did not have at all. But the reception staff always solved the problem immediately, when I reported about it.

The complex is in a nice location near the airport. There is a free parking space inside, but not dedicated for each apartment. The swimming pool is really nice, big and clean. Only the residents can swim and you need to get a bracelet from the reception every day before you can sit by the pool. There are 4 restaurants and a 24/7 super market. The reception is operating 24/7 too and the staff is friendly and they do their best. There are also security guys working 24/7 around the pool and around the complex. It is completely safe.

For the apartment i was staying the price was expensive for what it offered. The sofas and the chairs in the living room were super old and the pillows had stains. And the lamp in the toilet above the mirror had fallen on the side. The shower was also not good, with water going out of it below the protective glass and outside towards the middle of the bathroom. One final thing i didn't like was that the closets were not closing due to bad construction and the clothes hanger was destroyed.

The place is excellent value for money: nice & spacious appartments; nice & big swimming pool; good location next to boulevard; staff was friendly; all in all perfect for 2-3 nights stay

There was bad smell coming from bathroom pipe in the shower - really bad! This need to be fixed and was also part of other negative reviews. We covered the shower grid with towel - and this helped to stop bad smell from coming. There were no pool towels available; No room cleaning but there was no issue for us as we only stayed for 2 nights

Close to the clips casino, nice room and the staff was pretty nice. There are some restaurants near by and even a 24/7 supermarket.

The pool area is like in the middle of a street which is not so comfortable, the room phone barley worked and I had to go down to the reception every time I needed something, also our safe was broken and the staff said they will handle it but they didn't.

Clean room services you should ask! The hotel may enhace it when talk about hotel. Prepare room and change towels by defualt everyday as any hotel standard
