The staff were so kind the location of the hotel is so good and the room was beautiful

The staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. The hotel has both outdoor and indoor swimming pools which is a big plus along with unreal SPA experience. I'm also content with location as it is near the beach and close to city malls.

The Grandeur Hotel in Batumi is a lovely hotel, conveniently located right across from the beach, just separated by the main street where much of Batumi’s energy and attractions are centered. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure your stay is pleasant. It’s great to be able to step outside and enjoy a stroll along the park or beach right in front of the hotel. The area is well-served with conveniences like a Carrefour and a 24/7 grocery store, plus a variety of excellent cafés and restaurants nearby. The beds are clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The hotel also offers nice amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and sauna. Overall, it’s a better option than many other places in Batumi for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel could use a bit of renovation, as the carpets show signs of regular wear and stains, which detracts from the overall charm of the otherwise nice rooms. Cleanliness could also be improved, especially with more attention to details in the washrooms and linen laundry. The sound insulation between rooms is not the best, so we frequently heard our neighbors’ music, sometimes lasting until 3 a.m., which affected our comfort.

The breakfast was very good, we paid extra every day we ate there but we didn't need to pay for the small kids, that was very thoughtful The location is a little far from the center of the city but there is a mall a few walking minutes from the hotel and few restaurants and a market right outside the hotel. We also used the indoor pool which was great. Our room was quite big and very nice, at first we had only 1 sofa bed but we asked for extra bed for our 2nd child and they arrange it in just few minutes.

In our room, we had a very big kitchen (especially for a hotel room) but there was no kitchen equipment at all. If there were kitchen equipment to make food for times we didn't want to go to eat outside, it would be perfect.

A high-quality hotel with exceptionally friendly female receptionists at the front desk; parking spaces reserved as pre-arranged. Spacious room with a stunning view; great Wi-Fi coverage and speed.

The breakfast was quite limited and disappointing, the air conditioning was broken leading to a very cold room, not possible to fix. The checkout process IS LENGHTY and chaotic, making guests to wait for the roon verification and allowing them to leave only when checked. Better to reseve some 10 minutes for it. Also, exercise caution when searching for a parking space; the lot is equipped with tire spikes. During my stay at least two guests totally lost tires trying to enter!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location close to the beach, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Excellent beach facing location - view from the room was awesome. Good restaurants nearby. Superb amenities like spa, sauna. Waking distance from metro city mall (which had good food options) and a couple of casinos. But the best part was the friendly welcoming and polite staff which made us feel at home and our experience all the more enjoyable so much so that we extended our stay by a couple of more nights. Special mention to David and Kristi at the reception who were extremely helpful and warm! Kudos! Would definitely recommend and want to visit again!

Nothing. Only missing thing was the rooftop restaurant wasn’t functioning as it was just after winter - it would’ve been nice if a limited menu could’ve been served as the view from the rooftop looked awesome

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a train at 5 PM, and they generously provided a free late check-out, which was a fantastic gesture. The spa was truly impressive – the massage therapists have magic hands! It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🌟

სასტუმრო იყო ძალიან კომფორტული და მყუდრო. საკმაოდ მეგობრული თანამშრომლები ყავთ. პირველივე თხოვნაზე დავეხმარნენ და ნომრის კატეგორია შეგვიცვალეს. აქვთ პარკირება დაცულ ტერიტორიაზე, რაც ასევე ძალიან კომფორტულია. სასტუმრო მდებარეობს ბათუმის აეროპორტისკენ, რის გამოც ბათუმის შესასვლელში საცობში დგომა არ მოგიწევთ და შეგიძლიათ სხვა გზითაც მიხვიდეთ. ეზოში მდებარე იტალიური რესტორანი 10/10. ყველანაირად კმაყოფილი ვარ და რეკომენდაციას ვუწევ.
