Everything is great, very clean, comfortable, wide variety of choices for breakfast

My stay was in April and I found the hotel price very convenient. The location of the hotel is near the airport and most of the important attractions of the city. The hotel staff were very kind and they allowed me for late check out without pay. Thanks to Nika, Zaza and othe nice reception employees who assisted me during the stay. Thanks also to the sweet girl who served us the coffee during breakfast she was very welcoming, polite and nice. The hotel room space was spacious and the room was very clean.

During my stay there was a power cut twice, lasted for 15 to 20 minutes.Everything in the room went dark. Internet tho was still working. I have been informed by the hotel that it is from outside problem and is not the usual.

The hotel was really new and in a good condition. The breakfast was really good. Parking was very comfortable.

They pormised to show football games, but actually they refused to show it. The elevators were very slow.

The hotel appears to be brand new. Everything felt fresh and barely used. I booked during the low season, and the price was great. I imagine the summer rates will be much higher. The receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and polite, which I really appreciated. Moreover, I received a complimentary upgrade, making my stay even better than I expected. I could the see sea-side from my balcony The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Preparing work for the summer season is ongoing, but it wasn't noisy and didn't bother me at all. I just noticed that some rooms were not ready for guest accommodation. The hot water was off, and I probably needed to contact the reception to have it turned on, but I wasn't aware of this. Despite these minor issues, my overall stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not as great as the hotel. There were many ongoing constructions in the surrounding area.

The hotel was completely new and the room was really clean with picturesque scenery of mountains with lush greenery just at the the breakfast time take long’s time to take the elevator and elevator is crowded all the stuff can speak English fluently

The staff were super nice, polite, and helpful. Specially misha & anna ( hope am not mistaken with the names. Overall experience was great with hotel

the hotel is new and it’s a bit too obvious, needs some fixes: the heating didn’t properly work, the bathroom was tiny so you almost had to be seated on the toilet seat to open the door, shower was built wrong as water wasn’t leaving

Hotel is perfect, with location, value. absolutely new one, with 4 elevators, beautiful parking space as well. Great breakfast. great pool with it's bar... Highly recommended!

As I said everything is perfect, just can't they change that stupid policy where check in begins exactly on 15:00?! :) a lot people are waiting for this one moment, even on 14:56 they say that room is not ready and seems they are getting ready every room in just couple minutes :) I understand that this is policy of hotel, but somehow it must be changed if they want to keep so high review score.

The hotel has everything you need to relax, despite we have stayed only just for a night, some of the aspects are still memorable. want to mention that the room was very well cleaned, they have everything in the room, even washing machine and balcony. Today we had a breakfast and it was the first time that we enjoyed it while staying in a hotel at Batumi, breakfast was so diverse - there was everything that you can enjoy. What i liked the most is the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool that is quite big, terrace is just an amazing place too, they even have a pool bar where you can order some very delicious cocktails and burgers, In general we really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will choose this hotel next time, thanks for the attentive staff too, they made our stay even more specious!
